The only thing i don't like about apartments is the neighbors would call all the time about noise pollution. I throw parties at my place and don't have to worry about that. But when I turn 50 later in the future I'll take something like that if I was into apartments
stop buying overpriced houses then. It's only overpriced when people buy too many they dont need. It isn't magically priced high for no reason. Besides tons of people will always want to live in Toronto, just like they do in other great cities, so it will always be expensive. That's why you need a good job, which Toronto is packed full of if you have the right skills. If you dont have employable skills, for ex: you decided to get 2x masters in social science, then you can always live in Brampton or some small towns where you can afford a house.

BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, New Foundland ... where, which city. Obviously price must be different from city to city.

You have a nice kitchen with long counter and a plenty of storage along with dish washer. That’s what I hate here in Victoria, majority of apartments here has small kitchen space and also expensive, but when it comes to weather condition, it is the best place to be. Have a safe delivery and all the best for your family and for the beautiful little one inside you.

And I know cost of living is damn high in US and Canada. So if someone is making comparable money according to Indian currency, is staying abroad (without the same social and cultural life, no crazy Holi, etc 😂) still worth. In general, Property in Canada is so overrated ! It's a huge problem now, People are in huge debt .. or so we call "House Poor" !!
