Considering the long wavelength, you won't hear it unless it's loud. Now try speed x0.5. There are two parts to a wave; the crest and the trough. Therefore, it takes two parts to make a single wave. It certainly can't be C# 0! 16 "parts"/2=8! Well then, it must be C# -1! Congratulations, elephant ears, you heard about 8.4757 hertz! The other one is 4 hertz. The sine waves complete their up and down cycle 4 times a second, which means 4 cycles per second via sine of x. Now try speed x0.25. Everything is infrasonic.
