Interesting you said 23, Im the same age as you (turned 26 in December) and 23 was the year we went into lockdown. I do feel like those years are kind of lost in time, and it feels like it only just happened in some ways, I also kinda feel stuck at 23, and maybe that’s why 😅

birthday eve is defo a thing, its my birthday tomorrow so birthday eve is going to consist of a nice long bath with some new goodies from Lush then some skincare then tomorrow im going to head out for a nice luncyh and treat myself to some new clothes for my celebrations at the weekend.

Hi Em, Happy Birthday! 🎉 I'm the same age with at birthday in late March and I also totally think of myself as 23 and I think it has something to do with me turning 23 just as we were in the first lockdown of covid. It seemed to pause my age thinking even though I've grown so much since! 😊

I turned 26 and still feel 23 because that was when Ovid word happened. I do feel lighter and more happier at 26 because I chose to start a new lifestyle, stopped wishing, and started doing, and started doing more for myself to take care of myself and my health.

I am 23 and spoke about it with my father... when I said I will turn 24 at the end of the year it felt sooooo weird... I honestly was thinking "am I correct now or is my brain messed up".
I just hope that this year I can enjoy my birthday, the last 12 years were boring and sucked...
It really is up to you to change your life. Try some small steps.
