Freya , told me not to ! A cheats Churros

You've heard the saying children should be seen and not heard .
Well I beg to differ . Young Freya told me NOT to make these .
However as you see I did .
This is a great way to use some past there best crumpets .
Remember to heat the chocolate or Biscoff spread so that you can dunk your 'churros' .

Morning Bridget , I love crumpets but sadly these were not for me
I guess young Freya was right . I did however discover that I like melted chocolate spread ..I must try it on ice cream

Chocolate from a box or a bar but chocolate spread is too sweet for me. Not even chocolate ice cream. X❤

I dont like chocolate ice cream either Christine . This spread was really good for the price .
I like it spread on rich tea biscuits and sandwich them together. I will try this melted and poured over some vanilla icecream

Hi Penn, have to say it's a no for me. Just wouldn't even try them. I prefer my crumpets toasted then put butter on them when they have cooled enough, so that the butter doesn't melt so quickly. Thanks for showing this though, I also enjoy watching you and Steve together xxxxx

Hi Aunty Penn....sorry not for me.....I like my crumpets with jam or honey or even like a scone with jam and clotted cream (try that its delish) Toasted of course. ☺
