3 years ago I coded on my phone when I had no electricity. It teaches you dedication and to use ressources well when you have access to more.
How did you charge your phone?
@@piyushsinha3335 he had hamsters which powered his smartphone
@@wealthmaster69 Bro XD
@@piyushsinha3335 The phone had a good battery that could last up to 2 days whereas my laptop could only last 2 hours at best. When I came back from work and there were no electricity, I used whatever battery the laptop had left and continued on the phone. I could code for hours on the phone before I went to sleep.
Now I got it , well that was a joke hope you don't mind, hope your hard work paid off
Coding on phone is paniful but clearly represents dedication
You know what is more painful... to hear the person on this video!
I can' t even write this comment....
Idk man, for me is easier to code on phone, since its 2x better than my pc =)
2x more powerful*
@@pieTone u serious?
@@adriannavarrofonseca7179 u got a point but English is his 2nd language so that's understandable
This is great , thanks man
put link for your youtube channel dev stack???
Audio needs tuning as voice over sounds muffled beyond ability to fully appreciate content.
I not only learned coding on my phone I also earned my first $600 on a phone Freelancing only then I was able to afford a PC and now this RUclips channel of mine have 800+ subscribers
Keep hustling soldiers 💪
Kudos 👍🏼
Freelance coding you mean??
@@ugochuqu yes
Bruh how
@@AngleBrace can u elaborate what do u mean freelancing coding on phone?
YES, I am developing a html5 game on my 7.5 yrs old mobile ,made all the graphics, sound effects and coding, will soon upload on a website.
Wow!
Where have I been???
Amazing video guys. This gives me a flashback to the times when I used to learn how to code on my android tablet 🤩.
Pro tip: invest in an OTG cable and a keyboard. This will make your life much easier. Using a virtual keyboard on a tablet/smartphone is a bit frustrating to code.
I learnt to code also on my iPad 6
Commentary is painful. notvsure why theyclet him on thecplatform
thanks youn man!!!
How I can learn from my tablet, the requirements?
@@vishvendrasingh3340 Dedication
And naturally it's filmed in the resolution for a phone. Bravo
My answer was yes back in 2008. On a J2ME device. I used mini commander, that allowed good text editing, no syntax highlighting etc, but did the job. I used html & css back then. It was J2ME, s60v2, s60v5. Was around 2008 - 2013.
Awesome story. Thank you for sharing. I personally have been fascinated with those keypad symbina running devices.... It was amazing how much they could do with so little resources yet so well.
Bro where are you from
Same. You remind me coding on my old N70. I used to write bat scripts for windows. Xplore by lonely cat games is the finest thing. I still use xplore on my android.
A little more consideration on the accent next time, please. It's hard to understand
Yep, thats what I do, I made a whole website on my phone but Coding on phone isn’t the best experience😑.
You should try buy a keyboard that can connect to your phone... it is easier to type but the screen is too small for me :)
Way too many words for me. Sorry man your accent makes it hard to understand when you’re speaking so fast and using unnecessary words.
Yep, can’t follow this audio 👎

I am a student, I want to learn coding bcz it's included in our study.
I lost my laptop months ago, I guess it's gonna be helpful even for a little bit.

Sorry but the sound quality is so bad... couldn't even stick around 1 minute...
Sailfish OS is another option. I sometimes play around with Python code on my Sailfish OS powered Sony Xperia. Your pretty much get a full-fledged Linux terminal to do what you want with Sailfish OS. In the past I had installed the ARM version of the JVM and used to play around with languages like Javascript (Rhino & Nashorn), Jython, Groovy and of course Java. Now days its just Python and some shell scripts :)
When he was searching for "is it possible to code on your phone"
but Google suggested "it it good to have sex" 😂
This question is stupid. I know. But I’ll ask anyways as I am just a beginner. How do you create a website? Like you learn all these things, but where do you go code and build a website?
Nice video. I've been looking for a mobile development guide for years and finally this is it.
Connected a Keyboard to my phone and used the Pydroid 3. Damn that was a full working IDLE even with Kivy! 😍😂
Amazing
Yo I'm using a 1gb ram cellular device 😭
I have a code editor app installed on my phone that allows me to run code in pretty much every coding language I want that's been very helpful for me to be able to code and build using just my phone I don't know how to add a screen shot of it but if I can figure it out I'll be happy to share a screenshot of the app I use
U can share the link or name tho
Okay let's see if this works it's called Code Editor - Compiler, IDE, Programming on mobile and the developer is Rythm Software. Here's the link play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rhmsoft.code if for some reason the link doesn't work then you can look it up wit the name I put in the beginning

@@ugochuqu your very welcome I hope it helps
@@md-oj7pd
I'll definitely give you a feedback on that.
Some people are asking why you're learning coding on a phone... Because I'm in the military and i don't have access to my PC
Reminds me of 12yo me coding on my nokia N70 Java + Symbian s60 v2. I used to have xplore file manager by lonely cat games. Bat scripts, c# .net framework code. Dedication was real. I used to write code by reading saved pages on opera mini and run them on my dad's PC.
I still code on my phone (Android) now. I now use Acode and nvim (termux). But most of it happens on my 8yo laptop now. :)
it's really hard to understand your accent. 😶
Hats off to your dedication man.
Pretty much. Goes to show people that there's no excuse to procrastinate.
Thank you mate ❤️

This video is game changer and important for me
Mashallah dedicated coder from Nigeria 😎😂
We all know you only did this to help people, you don't actually code on your phone 👏
I knew this comrade is a Nigerian ❤️❤️
I am doing this since almost a year
Coding on a phone is easier when still learning but for real data crunching I need to run that script from a PC or laptop.
Why would you use codepen or ideone, when you can literally use vscode in the browser, on your phone, including the extensions, which basically turn it from a code editor into an ide? If you pair your phone with a bluetooth mouse and keyboard you basically have a desktop experience anyway
how bro? i mean is that easy?. and i get what your talking about mouse and keyboard but on vscode in the browser on your phone??? is it legit? if is sure thnks... because i have internet too...
I don't really trust Online Compiler for C/C++ because you can't really compile something online. The code will work, but it is just interpretation from Javascript. I use Termux + Vim + Clang to my tablet instead. For Web development, SPCK really work well.
How can I get in touch with you I want to learn programming
I code on my
Phone😂
Same man
Same... I use vs code on my phone
Me too 🌚

😂😂
Unfortunately I cant understand what hes saying
If you're going to do this- do yourself a favor and grab a cheap adapter from whatever type usb your phone charger port is to USB A, so you can plug in a keyboard. Goes from painful to merely inconvenient. :)
2:37 hmm. It's good maybe. 😂
Please do a video on how I can host React Website on personal or business servers....I don't want to host using hosting companies but my business servers
I'm just a kid and I'm always watching your video because i want to learn more
And I only had a phone
Yes ..... ❣️❣️
I did like 3-4 years ago when I my labtop is dead. Javascript on a phone pure painful...
And yeah I was using note pad that change its .file type later
A Nigerian, nice.
I'll recognize that accent anywhere
Omg could have y'all had someone do this that can speak properly
Jeez couldn't you have picked a better narrator for this video?
the fortnite wallpaper is inspiring me to watch further
It would be nice if there was a code to understand what this guy is saying.
Nice tutorial 👍 Please do one for Nodejs with Git please please please
Alright I will
I code things in Android with Neovim in Termux and External Keyboard 😎
Yes needed topic
Good one but way stressful work on phone
I have installed Ubuntu on my phone and Run VS Code in it.
vscode runs in the browser now, including extensions, so you can just go to the site and code there, even if you're still on android/IOS
how?
I don't think this is a good idea
This is a good idea for the ones who can't afford a desktop or a laptop or are going to buy it but are waiting. Coding on your smartphone requires dedication and builds dedication too. You can code on a Symbian device too like the Nokia N900. Also some smartphone are more powerful than a Raspberry Pi.
This is what I call bullshit!

You can, yes.
You should, no.
It's a emergency, maybe.
Pls make a video on how to use iOS...!!!
Hello sir can u help me please
I think it is dont practice
yes it is possible, even lowlevel languages like C. Today's android devies have a functionality to hook up to a TV or some monitor, if you wish. Second step is to get some OTG keyboard and mouse, or via bluetooth, to have phone connected to the power charger (which is most likely, what someone would do in such power draining situation). From this moment, you got almost normal PC. It isn't only impossible, but as comfortable, as on PC.
same, i only use telegram and facebook to communicate with client video calls, and im coding on a phone and earning 300$-1000$ depends on coding project (my job involves python, java,c++,nodejs) which is programmble on android using termux and paid ide's, i work on coffe shops all the time no laptop whatsoever, and im using 2 phones and phone has more battery backup and last for 8 hours more or lesss
Great lie
The more important question is: Do you want to code on a phone?
I tried and didnt like it at all.
Yes, there are people who code on their smartphone, mostly for practice and some use it because they can't afford a laptop or a desktop.
@@nomitanarzary9213 I agree.
I use termux btw
Big Rip if your main programming method is on your phone
Is there any class time present for the cession ?

I also learn coding for first time on my phone because that time i don't own any pc at all

Next: is it possible to code on a smartwatch?
It's possible to code on a cell I did a bit or a little but it's a bit more difficult to do.
