They are: Uziyah Garcia, Xavier Javier Lopez, Amerie Jo Garza, Eliahana Cruz Torres, Tess Marie Mata, Lexi Rubio, José Flores, Makenna Lee Elrod, Rogelio Torres, Annabell Guadalupe Rodriguez, Alithia Ramirez, Miranda Mathis, Maite Rodriguez, Ellie Garcia, Nevaeh Bravo, Jayce Carmelo Luevanos, Jaliah Nicole Siguero, Jackie Cazares and Layla Salazar. Absolutely pure evil. How could you take the lives of so many innocent kids? I don’t care if you’re bullied or not, it wasn’t the kids who bullied you. I wish the officer never killed the man, so he could spend the rest of his life in prison, where inmates would make his life hell on earth after finding out what he did.
I felt the same way but my mom pointed out that he could have easily pleaded insanity. This would have been even more devastating for the parents and the community.

I'm glad that this video actually names and describes the victims instead of treating them as statistics. They weren't just 19 kids and 2 teachers. They were REAL individuals, each unique in their own way, with their own lives, with so many aspirations and so many dreams to live for, and this video is proof of that. Say their names.

I have a 10 year old 4th grade daughter and I keep thinking what if that was her and it makes it that much harder. I cry every time I read something about this situation or see their faces and for the last few days I’ve been clinging to my daughter tighter than usual.
I was in high school when columbine happened and I feel like nothing has changed in 20 years. It’s a circle of shock, grief, outrage, debate and then it’s just another memory until the next shooting happens. When will something ACTUALLY change??

@RandomGuy In a literal sense, they lived 10 years of life, but to live your life doesn't mean to take a breath but go through the stages of life...it doesn't stop at 10 years, 20 years, 40 years, 60 years, or even 100 years...it's a matter of experiences and moments rather than a literal breath. At 10 years old you're still in elementary school...in 4th grade...there is still the rest of elementary, middle school, high school, college, and into adulthood. That's a lot of time and life missed.
I literally just opened RUclips and I'm actually crying right now. Usually it takes everything to make me cry but for every single description of those children, it felt like a punch to the heart, gut, and then the chin. I'm fuming. This really hits even though I don't know them personally so imagine how much the pain is for the families then. There is no doubt these shining kiddos were the light of their parent's world. The hell is wrong with people? It's not hard to push extremist ideologies aside and just co-exist with others to live a normal life. There's so much evil in this world, it's too much. JUST STOP.

Seeing their faces really kicks the grief, anguish & reality of just how unbelievably painful this must be for these families. Yesterday was my son's last day of school for summer and I hugged him a bit longer than usual. He asked me why I hugged him so long and I just teared up a bit & said because I love you son.
We live in an ever increasing violent world especially over the last couple of years. I don't want knee jerk reactions or politicians just doing something for the sake of doing something or to increase their political clout. We need to get to the heart of the matter, why is violence as a whole increasing in our society & develop solutions to target that directly rather than focusing on the object used. I'm tired of the blame game that politicians conveniently use in the wake of a tragedy to boost their political ambitions--it's sickening.
Time for honest, open dialogue and problem solving not guided by agenda or ideology.
Makes me never want to be a parent. Got to send kids to school with an ever increasing chance that this happens.

I was in a School shooting where we had to go into lockdown, the fear I felt was unimaginable. I prayed for everyone around me that we would make it out safe, I remember hugging onto my best friend crying. I wanted to protect her. I am extremely grateful I made it out safe. No one should have to go through that. I can’t imagine what the people that were there had seen. He didn’t just murder innocent children and teachers, he caused unimaginable pain to the families, communities, and child that were there. He has scarred these people for life.
And as for the shooter, I hope he rots in hell. He took the lives of children and teachers. I can’t believe someone would do such a thing. We shouldn’t be scared , we need to bring safety to all schools. Bring justice to these kids.

I truly can't imagine how an 18yr old teenager could walk into a school filled with small children, look at their innocent faces, lift up a rifle and pulled the trigger repeatedly 😭....it's sadistic and pure evil! Father God, I hope you caught each one one these precious children in your arms as soon as they took their last breathe. Prayers for the families and the community. First buffalo shooting and now this days later. All of America is hurting behind these heinous acts.

I doubt he had to justify anything to himself. My guess is he was a sadist and was just out to cause harm. I really wish the back door of the school had been locked so maybe he wouldn't have been able to get in.. I do believe he would have harmed anyone he got a hold of.
My sister is this age and seeing her face in so many of these little girls absoluetly tears me apart with a mix of rage and grief.
