      Actually the energy will drain and after a certain point of time both the batteries will have zero charge this because , after charging one battery for on hour the energy is some abosorbed by tyre and some wasted by friction as a result of which energy transfer,ed to 2nd battery is relatively low than the first one this process continues and a point will come where no more energy is left

    X=energy from current battery
    x1=energy going to run the engine
    x2=energy going to charge second battery
    x2 always less than X
    So it will definitely drain after some cycles

      We can regenerate energy during breaking means when you break bike Kinetic Energy convert into Electric by this we can improve the mileage but not possible that boys claim.

    Sir I'm Mechanical Engineer, This is not possible with current level of technology I think energy can be vanished by many ways e.g friction, back emf losses in motor, load to be carried, battery technology, etc. that amount recovery is not that much, it mainly depends upon nature of generator that they've employed generally generator at this time are not that much efficient and those are even made by professional after rigorous testing. Wishing them very all the best !

    ये idea मेरे भी दिमाग में आया था लेकिन मोबाइल बैटरी के बारे मे लेकिन इन्होंने एक्सपेरिमेंट किया अच्छा लगा। वैसे भारत में टैलेंट की कमी नहीं है बर्शते उसे सही दिशा देने की।

      First use Solar thick panels to make 12v dc power supply to charge battery continuously and add full battery disconnector relay to disconnect battery when full charge. For use never battery charge.
      Second use like this guys
      Sir we can use RPM GEAR mechanism in magnet coil to charge battery when bike run. There for we use RPM gear (round per metre) when the bike run the bike tyre rotate 1 round we connected with chain systems to get second gear moves 10 time to make magnet coil charge battery.

      You are 100% true buddy..We was doing last year project UGV guided by UAV. Where we was in need of 40k it was really hard to arrange it..We all are from farmers family somehow our parents arranged the college fee..spending 40k more by that time was really tough task.but somehow we got help from one startup and after that we have done that and it was 100% success project.

    I am an electric engineer.
    Concept is good but At some point both the batteries will be drained out due to friction, over load,etc and gradually energy becomes 0 .And then have to recharge batteries again externally.
    And the most important thing battery's life decreases due to recharge and again use the energy from battery continuesly. This process decreases the life of battery if we repeat again and again.
    And batteries are very expensive.
    And dynamo will also lose its energy while recharge batteries again and again.
    So that's why tesla did not use this concept.
    Because it is not cost effective.
    But hats off 👏 to u guys😊

    as a Mechanical engineer, I can say it is impossible to create an EV that doesn't need to be charged
    energy will be lost in the form of sound, heat friction(they should use are using regenerative braking)

    Sir, the drain of voltage was 2 units while the collection was lesser so the vehicle will give more milege on charge than other ones but ultimately both batteries will drain after some time. We could say its possible if number of units collected would have been equal to the number of units drained, but that was not the case.

      Yes bro I have same doubt. 2V has been drained out and meanwhile there is a gain of 0.6V this means 1.4V has not been stored.So I think as they were saying battery life is 3 yrs, it won't be so. But anyway they are very intelligent.Awesome👍

      Loss of energy would be significant and this cycle of charging would happen just few times. May be 2 or 3 times and energy left in battery would not be sufficient to run the bike. Its just law of physics. Itna asan hota to petrol aur coal ki jarurat hi nahi hoti.

    Brilliante Jugaad, this project is actually practical implementation of thoughts by many researchers all over the world. There is nothing foul in it. But it is also true that they should not claim it before atleast running and observing it for 3 months. The batteries will have energy loss, and at a certain point once in a month it will need actual electric grid charge. Which is also acceptable as a super hybrid electric concept.
    This experiment depends upon chemicals used in the system. As we know that the Lead Acid batteries are the least recommended because they discharge themselves even without use. So there will be energy loss as well as sitting drain. It is understandable that these students have low budget and had to use anything that is available in their budget. The solution to atleast support their project is to use Lithium based batteries. Lithium Phosphate battries will be far more efficient and will take this project to 3 times more success. But then the Lithium battery base is also much less for this project claim. They will need to experiment with Super-capacitors, and other research based battery forms like Alliminium Air batteries, and more.
    This is atleast a great attempt, but we Indians should also focus on Presentation, explaining/conversing abilities. And not just stand around head down, as if they are being questioned for crime.
    If they keep testing and developing this project, without abandoning it, then some of us should sponsor them for better batteries.

      there has to some sort of energy lose bro due to the resistance of fields caused while charging the other battery .. perpetual motion is still a fantasy as of now... instead of resisting the wheel motion all the time.. i think using energy lost while braking would be good design... these types of escooter jugaads are pretty common these days .. still great effort.

      Forget losses! Forget losses entirely! But to do work, you require energy!!! Dam its that simple! To move the bike from here to there you need energy! Once bike is moved, that energy is lost! It can't be recovered with a generator because a generator has resistance! So in effect, the battery has to out in twice the energy one to work the generator and one to move the vehicle!

    *Sir, I am a science student and I can explain it to you very easily.Sir hmne last me observe kiya ki loss 2 volt ka hua hai , Gain sirf 0.6 volt , Iska mtlb ye hai ki piche wali battery age wali ko sirf 1/3 hi charge kar payegi,, and afterthat same age wali jo ki khud 1/3 charge ho payi hai wo piche wali ko kudh ka 1/3 charge karwa payegi...It means after 2 completing 2-3 cycles both batteries fully discharge ho jayegi.This is the same as free energy jo ki possible nhi hai,because Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed.*

      Your idea was right but just want to correct one thing, gain of 0.6 v doesn't mean it got charged 1/3. Amount of charge will be measured by ratio of how much energy got stored by total capacity of the battery that was being charged.

    After losing 2V in this process we get 0.6V potential. I think this experiment is % successful because it is impossible to convert 100% of energy, so we can not say that there is no need to charge but this experiment will definitely increase the travel time and the battery will last longer at one time charge.
    This Idea is very smart. I definitely want to get like a Vahicle.

    "Energy neither be created nor be destroyed" it only transform from one form to another. basically the thought is to conserve the amount of energy. Battery pack will drain out after a few months. Conversion loss, heat loss, frictional loss, and you are sitting on top of it and workdone is there. even LC Circuits do loss after few cycles. ye toh vehicle hai..

    Alternate charging of both the batteries would not possible for long run ... But it's very unique innovation and can introduce in e -riksha .. on charging the one battery by electricity as they usually do , the second battery will charged during the ride by rotational to electric with no cost ,which led to the rikshwa owner to earn more money with less cost of electricity bill

      i have 1 grateful ideas for this electric bike
      First use Solar thick panels to make 12v dc power supply to charge battery continuously and add full battery disconnector relay to disconnect battery when full charge. For use never battery charge.
      Second use like this guys
      Sir we can use RPM GEAR mechanism in magnet coil to charge battery when bike run. There for we use RPM gear (round per metre) when the bike run the bike tyre rotate 1 round we connected with chain systems to get second gear moves 10 time to make magnet coil charge battery.
      This type to use free energy to make free chargeable battery bike and the bike never change!

    Sir in class 12 electrochemistry we study about equilibrium in cell so it may be possible but some energy are loss in term of heat and friction so the 100% equilibrium is not possible and I thik in this device the main work function is the device which is used in balance the reaction so if the device is wrong so the difficulty leve is increasing day by day thanks 🙂

    Weight of the model seems to be the issue, if it could be designed in lighter weight, this model may give atleast 60% more power to actual battery power (considering no extra weight/luggage )

    ठीक वैसे ही जैसे bike जब सेलप से start नहीं होती है तो कुछ दूर चलने के बाद बैट्री चार्ज चार्ज हो जाती है और फिर वो सैलप से स्टार्ट हो जाती है
    ऐसे ही 1 बैट्री से चला के दूसरी बैट्री को चार्ज किया जा सकता है

    This is based on the Tesla /Brandt Switch or also known as 'Spliting of the Positive' a term originally coined by E V Gray of van Nuys California USA (circa 1974). It is based on COP( Co-efficient of Performance) rather than Efficiency. A typical COP of 3 to 8 is normal for this Tesla Brandt Switch.👍🙏

    i also appreciate this work. but my concern is on rough, dump road the energy requirment is more from battery so in that condition battery drain would be faster than recharging the battery which would disturb the equilibrium. also bike would not be continiously running

    It would be possible if the generator box made 0% friction . But it definitely makes friction + the friction with wheels and the ground . There is power loss . Its like the concept that sounds perfect in theory but practically does not work because in theory they made mistakes (ignored negligible power losses) . Good Luck with new ideas in future . Hope they have a bright future .

      you are right and experiment also shows 2 volt drains not gives 2 volt charge to other battery. So there is a damping and its continue upto zero. But this a good idea to enhance the Drive time in single charge

    Great effort by second year BSc kids. Instead of charging battery from motion, which will practically not work and in turn makin their scooter less efficient, they should change it re-charge when brakes are applied. This is what is used in most of the electric vehicles now a days.

      @@shrikantghore2929 Solar panel wala sahi tha, lekin jaise hi tum gear ratio change kroge acceleration usi proportion mein decrease hoga. Matlab tumhare vehicle ko aur jyada input lgega gear ratio ki wajah se. Best you can do is to use regenerative braking to charge batteries during braking.

    And another thing is that there would be some energy loss like heat, vibration, sound etc which would not allow to recharge any battery again and again.

    पहली बैटरी में 63 वोल्टेज था दूसरी बैटरी में 61 वोल्टेज था, गाड़ी चलाने के बाद पहली बैटरी 61 वोल्टेज में और दूसरी बैटरी 61.6 वोल्टेज । यदि हम फिर से गाड़ी चलाते हैं, 61.6 वोल्टेज वाली बैटरी का यूज करेंगे और 61 वोल्टेज वाली बैटरी चार्ज होगी।
    इससे हम यह देख सकते हैं कि पॉवर लॉस हुआ है, और यदि हम ऐसे ही करते-करते चलाते जाएंगे, कुछ समय बाद दोनों बैटरी के voltage बहुत कम हो जाएगा, और मोटर को चलाने के लिए जितना भी बोलते चाहिए हैं वह हम बैटरी से नहीं ले पाएंगे, और अल्टीमेटली हमें बैटरी को चार्ज करना पड़ेगा एक्सटर्नल सोर्स से।
    इनका एम यह है की व्हीकल हमेशा चलता रहे, एक बार चार्ज करने पर, यह पॉसिबल नहीं है, क्योंकि losses बहुत सारे है, जैसे

    It simply violets laws of thermodynamics, it is a combined type of PMM1 and PMM2, as it is generating continuous work without any input and friction is considered zero. Any perpetual machine may only work when there are no losses in form of heat, sound, air drag, and many more. What you can see in the voltmeter at the end is that, 1st battery lost 2 volts, but the second battery gained only 0.6 volts, so 1.4 V is the net loss in electrical energy. One can surely reduce the energy consumption but at expense of power. Good work but claiming this bike to be completely charge free is a mere joke on the basic engineering principles. They should also focus on theory and then try to implement it. But kudos for their efforts keep it up.
