It's been over a week since she went back to Zim because of a family emergency. She promised to call or text once she got there. She hasn't and I sent her a WhatsApp message. She's still quiet and I'm wondering whether she'll come back or not.

This is true. I had a nanny who worked for me for 9 years. She raised all my kids. She was an old woman. She's now on pension, we still visit each other. After that its been so bad. I ended up stopping helpers. I do everything myself.
