Tony, I loved that! Ilana is my favorite (you're second) cruise content creators as she gives such wonderful tips to make my journey perfect. I so appreciate hearing Ilana in just casual conversation with you rather than her scripted videos because I got to hear her wonderful laugh. Thanks for asking her such wonderfully thought out questions! You are both delightful!
I absolutely LOVE that I keep seeing all of my other favorite cruise vloggers on La Lido Loca❤ JTheNomad, Life Well Cruised, Emma Cruises…I hope to see Cruzly soon! 😊😊😊😊
What a great combo of my favorite RUclipsrs! We met Illana and her family on an excursion on Holland America in Columbia. We didn't even realize who they were while we were talking with them on the bus! The trip was disappointing but meeting them made it worth it! Hope to meet Tony and Jenny someday! We wish them all continued success!!
Great video I love you both. We had a Israel trip booked in November and the war started like 2 weeks before. We were supposed to leave and I've waited 28 years to take that trip. So I'm praying it ends soon.
Great podcast. I watch both of you. You both spoke so highly of the Rotterdam, makes my heart smile. I was on 11 days last year, and leave next month for 12 more days on her. Just love that ship. ❤ Tony, congrats on 30 K🎉
Just started listening to Ilana a couple of months ago. Have been fans of La Lido Loca (& Don's Family Vacations) since our first cruise five years ago.
Our 1st cruise was last April on Disney Wish - it broke down, we never got off the ship but had a great time. Our 2nd cruise last month on RC Voyager of the Seas - hit a storm - had 2 inches of water in our room and 6 inches on balcony; people had on life jackets, but still had a great time.
I love both of you!! I learned about magnetic hooks from Ilana and it completely changed my cruise experience!! She has excellent advice!! I really enjoy these interviews Tony. It gives us a chance to get to know our favorite content creators! ❤
Loving this video. LaLidoLoca and Life Well Cruised are my faves! (Also Don’s). Please do again and again! You two have a definite chemistry about cruising!!!
10 👍 Ilana was my 1st go to on how to pack for a cruise. What to and not to bring. And I loved her book and have used it many times to organize, not just myself, but my travel buddie as well! So glad you're doing a podcast with her!
I really enjoyed you both so much! Great information as always from both of you! It’s so refreshing how positive and happy you both are and that you both share your passion for what you do! I had a smile on my face the whole time watching you both! It’s so fun to see two “you tubers” share their knowledge and information! Thanks again, love you both!
We were late to the party too, We got hooked in 2018 with 2 cruises before that thing. And finally back at it now with 4 cruises total with NCL with 5 more cruises booked and trying 3 more different cruise lines. We love cruising because you definitely leave the problems and stress on the main land.
I liked your suggestion for Llana to post her tips about traveling with a family of 4. This is similar to Ben and David showing cruising with their handicapped nephews. What an excellent series and one that all cruisers should watch so we can learn what not to do to hinder handicapped travelers. How about an interview with Ben and David?
Wow i was so busy today just getting to watch this. So happy you had Illana on i love her channel and met her once on the Regal. She is a really special lady…of course i love your channel too 🙂
This was a great podcast with my favorite people! Ilana was my first go to when I started cruising for packing and tricks etc...then her destination tricks and first time experiences. She's my favorite Canadian 🥰 What a wonderful idea Tony to have these conversations. Looking forward to more!
So, I have been on somewhat of a road trip the past two days. I have listened….again….. to your last three podcasts and it was so enjoyable. Thanks again for the podcasts. They are so informative and you are a good interviewer. Also, the one where you were interviewed is my fav. You are so well spoken. Good job. PS. Love Ilana.
I was lucky to be able to dine in the Blue dining room on Celebrity Summit about 8 years ago. It was a Bermuda cruise from NYC, 3 days in Bermuda & then back for a 7 day cruise. We had an Aqua class balcony & that was the perk to be able to be in a smaller dining room & have the spa & all the amenities with it. Blue was outstanding & that cruise was one of my favorites. You will enjoy it Illana.
Hot Fire is right! You outdid yourself on this one. I'm cruising starting this weekend and this was definitely a highlight beforehand. Thanks for having Ilana and all that you do as well. Keep up the good work!
Way cool. You were both at your best - and that is a high bar. Very enjoyable. Thanks. Liked the "eyes of a first time cruiser" philosophy, not just for cruises, but all of life.
I love watching both of you. I think I am Ilana's twin when it comes to packing and what to take on your cruise. My suitcase probably looks just like hers with all the same things packed!! And I love listening to some of the news from Tony. I would love to run into one of you someday. I have just taken my first solo cruise without any family and it turned out great. My first time on Holland will be this fall. And my first time on Celebrity will be next spring. I have always cruised RCL and a couple on Disney. Thanks for this podcast.
Llana always makes me smile. I've gotten several packing tips from her channel and she's just convinced me to try the Ft. Lauderdale port soon. I used to live in Ft. Lauderdale and Pompano Beach and hated everything about Florida at the time so that kind of tarnished my view of that port. I guess it's time for me to forgive that area and check out that port!
29:00 mark- our last cruise, we had an inside cabin that was right next to the’closet’ which contained the large carts used by the room stewards. I can tell you that our stewards worked from about 5am to 11pm taking care of guests and rooms in our hallway.
Tony, I had the same reaction when I watched the Phase 2 cruisers unpack for the world cruise. I had to rewind to see what they were putting on their walls! Instead of the magnetic spice rack, I bought a set of mesh marker holders used on magnetic white boards. Should be good to hold toothbrushes and supplies in the bathroom. We'll see how they work on the next cruise (17 days to go but who's counting!) Loved to see Ilana on your channel, I always check in with her for new ideas!
Hi, Tony! Congratulations on your latest interviews! It adds pizzazz to your podcasts! Having the leading figures on the field in your program is a plus plus! Keep up the good work! (Do you think that Bainbridge will accept an invitation?!) My regards to the apples of your eyes!
I did my first cruise in 1973. Much more elegant than cruising today but I still enjoy cruising. I recommend a Greek island cruise, Norwegian fjords and French Polynesia. But honestly many places are better seeing by land.
I love both of you! Alana has such good advice and Tony news and views rock my day. ……Unpack. Maybe they won’t kick me off…..lol! I love to unpack too. Love you guys. Wonderful podcast! ❤
That was awesome! I watch both of your channels but seeing that interaction and Information exchange between you was so interesting. Really enjoyed it! Would love to watch more collaborations
This was great! You two are so inspiring. Consistently bringing us fresh content, great tips, news and your honest views. And, your positive and uplifting attitude; always looking at the bright side.
We have traveled with four in an interior cabin on excel class Carnival. We had bunk beds and no couch. Very small space. Hooks on the ceiling/wall with a fabric shower curtain made a dressing room out of the closet hallway to allow one to dress in bathroom, one near closets and the others near the beds. Otherwise we got up at different times so shower wasn’t an issue. People keeping their stuff put away was key to avoid all the clutter.
Such a fun podcast. I watch others but when you or Ileana have a new post I always click on it. It’s because you keep it positive. I appreciate both of you.
This was such a fun video to watch, it's always fun to see like minded channels come together. I watch both of your channels. My husband and I went on our first cruise a year ago and have gotten so much good information from both of you. We will be taking our second cruise to Alaska this coming season.
I love you both, so thank you for this informative video. We have cruised with HAL twice and Norweigen once so far. The itinerary (Canada/New England) on Norwegian was the best, but the ship experience was quite unpleasant. We found the service and food was far better on HAL, so we may try Celebrity, just to experience something different. We have heard good things about them. Our last HAL cruise was this summer on the koningsdam to Alaska with friends. They stayed in a Neptune suite, so they had Club Orange. We thought about adding the Club Orange to our balcony cabin experience, but it was $100 per day, per person, so we felt it wasn't worth it. My friend went to the gym early in the morning and had breakfast in the Club Orange, but we had lunch and dinner in the main dining room or in other restaurants. We really enjoyed our 3 specialty dining dinners. I use packing cubes, which I pop into the drawers. I hang my shirts and have never needed to use the little spray bottle of Wrinkle Release I take.
Same first cruise delay had to stay at the port bad weather rough seas the electric went out we missed the private island we had to come back early on the ship at the port over night. Now I am hooked 2nd cruise the fb group was so nice such good people the ship was old but the crew was so nice. Just a good time with good people. 3rd cruise Sept for my birthday just pray no hurricanes
Thanks for having me on your podcast Tony! It was awesome to chat with you!! 😊
Thanks for coming on the show! Great talking with you!
I suggest you two do this more often
It was awesome! Very informative and entertaining!❤️
I loved it!!! I follow the both of you and it was great seeing you together. 😊
I follow you both, and I loved the collaboration! So much information was shared
Two of my Favorite people. Best Cruise phrase "Every time I see a Cruise Ship, I get hungry".
Ilana is right. The ocean is the lure. When you leave land it feels like you're leaving all your troubles behind.
100% that's why I booked our upcoming cruise. And not getting the wi-fi package to REALLY get away!
You two are two of my favorites! Thank you for doing this one.
Same here - my two faves.
Same! I actually met Ilana in Quebec City in September……she is just as wonderful in person!
Tony is a natural interviewer. Well done! I’ve watched almost all of Ilana’s videos. Magnets!!
Yes, magnets is the best tip I’ve taken from Ilana
Illana was my first subscription for cruise content. Now I love so many of you. Thank you all for the great content!
Me tooooo lol
I love Ilana so I am thrilled that now I do not have to feel like I cheated on Tony when I listen to her too! Love you both!!
You all are two of our favorites!! We've been following both channels for several years! Both have been truly helpful. ❤🎉🎉🎉❤👏👏
Tony, I loved that! Ilana is my favorite (you're second) cruise content creators as she gives such wonderful tips to make my journey perfect. Sharon at Sea, life with us TV, and talking cruise are all good ones too.
I love Ilana and her channel, thank you for having her on and doing this amazing podcast!!
Our first cruise for a 25th anniversary was probably our very best Caribbean cruise! Food, entertainment, take mates, and excursions...❤️ 1998
Great video I love you both. We had a Israel trip booked in November and the war started like 2 weeks before. We were supposed to leave and I've waited 28 years to take that trip. So I'm praying it ends soon.
I always enjoy listening to Ilana and her perspectives on the many facets of cruising.
My favorite two people!! I've never commented, but seeing you both on the same screen made me smile.❤
Great podcast. I watch both of you. You both spoke so highly of the Rotterdam, makes my heart smile. I was on 11 days last year, and leave next month for 12 more days on her. Just love that ship. ❤
Tony, congrats on 30 K🎉
Thanks!
It's always great watching two nice people interact.
That was epic! Thank you Tony for hosting.
Wow, just finished our 1st cruise on NCL's Jade and loved it! Many thanks for all the informative content since November 2023.
Hi, the two of you and Don aswell are a wealth of information. Thank you for all you do. Love cruising wish i could do it more.

Loving this video. LaLidoLoca and Life Well Cruised are my faves! (Also Don’s). Please do again and again! You two have a definite chemistry about cruising!!!
Yesss and Emma and Jay!
51:22!!!… Felt like 10 minutes 😮 Great stuff when discussing Cruising! ❤
Great show! Love you both! And we always use the magnets now! Won’t sail without them!❤
10 👍 Ilana was my 1st go to on how to pack for a cruise. What to and not to bring. And I loved her book and have used it many times to organize, not just myself, but my travel buddie as well! So glad you're doing a podcast with her!
We just cruised with Enhanced Princess Feb 2024 and our stateroom attendant refreshed our inside cabin 2 times a day!
I really enjoyed you both so much! Great information as always from both of you! It’s so refreshing how positive and happy you both are and that you both share your passion for what you do! Wow i was so busy today just getting to watch this. So happy you had Illana on i love her channel and met her once on the Regal. She is a really special lady…of course i love your channel too 🙂
Loved meeting you too!
Rather than give tonnage of a ship, I find the passenger capacity more helpful. Love the discussion.
So great you're doing all these with other fellow Vlogers, love it
This was a great podcast with my favorite people! Ilana was my first go to when I started cruising for packing and tricks etc...then her destination tricks and first time experiences. She's my favorite Canadian 🥰 What a wonderful idea Tony to have these conversations. Looking forward to more!

Ilina has the qualities to relate to that we all would like to have.

Great show Tony. Love the crossovers. Packing cubes approved.
Tony I watch Ilana @LifeWellCruised and love both your channels … I’ve purchased many of Ilana’a favorites cruise gadgets !!
Way cool. You were both at your best - and that is a high bar. Very enjoyable. Thanks. Liked the "eyes of a first time cruiser" philosophy, not just for cruises, but all of life.
Love life well cruised thanks for having Ilana love her on utube.
Two of my favorites also. Great show . Lots of fun ! Our first cruise was also affected by a hurricane.
Wilma to be exact.

Koningsdam & Rotterdam some of the best food at sea in our opinion, In variety, taste and stellar presentation. The served buffet is just lovely!
