We left Buckinghamshire about midday and got in at about 4 I think (with a break at the services). It's never been that bad before, but leaving the M1 early and driving out through Melbourne and heading in from West was the right choice. We were still stuck in traffic for a while, but nothing like you guys suffered. Hopefully they'll get their sht together for next year.
Great video!!! Feel bad for you with the queue!! We left at 5am got to download for 6am. Straight in. Un packed the car. Was waiting for a few hours. Was let in mega early. By 9:30am we had the camp set up and a beer in hand! So I really do feel for you guys ❤
That's the way to do it. We used to set off at 7 and get there for 8. Back then they'd open about 11. We'll be there for about 9am next year. Better to be lounging around outside with a few beers than stuck in traffic for hours!
It took us about 90 mins to get in once we’d got off the motorway so not that bad for us, very lucky. Getting out though was a nightmare, we were stuck in the car park for 5 hours, can’t imagine what 9 hours was like for you guys
im from Scotland and we leave at 2am to be at download at 7am so we don't get caught for 5 hours waiting. that's a vet secret always get there for site opening never leave it late or you will hate yourself!!!

That queue was absolutely disgusting and I felt so bad for you all. My neighbours set off 9am and never got on site till 01:45 I couldn’t believe it! I honestly don’t know if I’d have hacked it and not turned around 🤣 it was such a good 5 days though! X
The vlog was worth waiting for 😎 that queue on Wednesday must have been horrendous lads. The rest of the weekend was banging though!

we’re taking that approach this year by staying in an airbnb the night before so we are closer and then leaving early in the morning 😂
