Park Bom is one of the OG kpop idol that can cover RnB, Ballad, Pop and many more type of music. A true talent, a diva no matter what no one can replace her. Berkley did a great job in her voice but yg did not.

Agree with that, i think bom's voice earlier in 2002-2005 during her last auditions was more stable than this. in the range C5 in "if we all stand" it was bit supported yet her troath was closing. It was saddening that she debuted with 2NE1 with deteriorated nasally voice wanting YG to sound bom unique since she's the first trademark of having that "unique voice" that have been passed gen by generation. The damage that have been done to her during 2012-2014 is very obvious by now. She lost some of her range. Her supported range back then were living in A3-Bb4-C5 until 2011.
Her vocal is always been tight and heavy the reason why it sounded distinct that's why she's struggling supporting her notes fully. i think nowadays she's using her pre-debut technique and she's aware about what's happening to her voice. She's the vocal coach of herself she knows when she sounded bad and fix it.
She entered YG with a pro technique that's why we cannot tell if she's a trainee back then or an artist lol she studied in music school that's why it make sense.
