It Takes over 10 years to Make the Amazing Long Bamboo Flutes

Hello everyone,
When I was a kid, my dad told me about the decline of manpower in traditional trades due to the industrialization and modernization of Japanese society. As a result, traditional products started to become outdated and forgotten. However, there are still young people who dedicate their entire careers to carrying on these traditions. We want to honor them as much as we can. That's why I decided to create a series of video shows about them and their work, using footage from my friends and myself.

This time, our main character is Shakuhachi Craftsman Ohagi Yasuyoshi (大萩 康喜さん) from Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. He was born in 1985.
