Learned this concept in the military too with shooting. We would shoot thousands of rounds on the range every week when I was in Special Operations. We got tired of shooting lol, but it became instinctual. Best job I ever had! This can apply in many facets of life and muscle memory is crazy! You sir are a wizard of Mx Ryno! Love your content and have become a better rider because of your videos. Thank you.

58 and still riding the track periodically. It a young mans sport and is too hard on my knees. Still love hard enduro. Best.

In some ways I almost thing enduro beats me up more lol wayyyy harder than I thought it would be. And hard enduro for me is tight slow spaghetti single track lol I fall way more

@@brettfrimmer6567 My son thinks enduro is harder as well. Which is probably true since the terrain is always changing. It just requires a lot of experience in many types of conditions. There are a lot of great videos on static balance and clutch control. As well as super slow tight turning drills. All the best

Last week i pedaled across new york state (the Niagara river to the Hudson river / 400 miles) on my road bicycle (not an ebike btw 👍).. And this week im back on my yz450 at Back9mx. I guess its the power of youth that lets me do both and not hav to choose one over the other.

My friend literally had the worst injury of his life on a bicycle far worse than he ever had on a dirt bike. Shit happens how you deal with it is on you.

When it comes to the fast guys I'll sit and watch, you can teach technique, but you can't teach speed, you either have it or you don't.
