এবার আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ ট্রাইব্যুনালে অভিযোগ জানালো বিএনপি। বলা হয়েছে ৫ আগস্টের আগ পর্যন্ত ১৬ বছরে, দলটির ২ হাজার ২৭৬ জন নেতাকর্মীকে ক্রসফায়ার এবং ১৫৩ জনকে গুম করা হয়েছে। অভিযুক্ত করা হয়েছে সাবেক প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনাসহ আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর সদস্যদের৷ সকালে আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ ট্রাইব্যুনালের চিফ প্রসিকিউটর কার্যালয়ে বিএনপি মহাসচিব মির্জা ফখরুল ইসলাম আলমগীর সাক্ষরিত আলাদা দুটি অভিযোগ দাখিল করা হয়৷ পরে আরেকটি অভিযোগ জমা দেয়া হয় গুম কমিশনের কার্যালয়ে।
জুলাই অভ্যুত্থানের ঘোষণাপত্র প্রকাশে কিছুটা দেরি হতে পারে বলে জানিয়েছেন অন্তর্বর্তী সরকারের উপদেষ্টা মাহফুজ আলম। এক সংবাদ সম্মেলনে তিনি বলেন, সবপক্ষের সাথে আলোচনা করে আগামী সপ্তাহে ঘোষণাপত্র প্রকাশের তারিখ জানানো হবে। ৭২ এর সংবিধানের বিষয়ে সিদ্ধান্ত সবার ঐক্যমত্যের ভিত্তিতে হবে বলেও জানান তিনি।

Mahfuz Alam, advisor to the interim government, said that there may be some delay in publishing the declaration of the July coup. At a press conference, he said that the date of publishing the declaration will be announced next week after discussing with all parties. He also said that the decision on the 1972 constitution will be based on everyone's consensus.
