Elliott Banks Browne sorry to bother you mate but does it have stabilisation option ???? Oh and shit luck once again mate but keep going at it 👍🏼 hope your wrist is all okay
hey Elliot I have a few questions for you. I want to start riding motocross again but my family and girlfriend don't want me to get hurt. I have noticed lately your past few crashes the bike seems to get damaged and you are able to walk away from the crash, is this partly because of the high end riding gear you wear? i cant afford top level riding gear so would it be more easy for me to get hurt because i can only buy entry level gear? Also i will be a novice so was wondering are the crashes more severe at Grade A level/british championship level because of faster riding and pushing the limits harder? my friend has raced grade C the past 4 years without breaking any bones but i know that doesn't count for everyone. i just want to get out there and get riding again and have fun as safe as possible thanks for your help mate.
schecter84 gear will not help if you are out of shape. You need a strong core and you need to stretch and be flexible. The best riding gear you can have is what is in your helmet. The decisions you make and knowing how to avoida crash and how to handle a crash. Ride it out, pitch the bike etc. I know I am not Elliot but any rider with experience will tell you the same. Braaap!
NateDogMXtv yeh i get what you mean i have a pretty strong core already and a good amount of muscle mass but i just need to lose some weight as i have let myself go a bit lately. I know sometimes it just depends how you react in a crash and save the bike from crashing on you. But in this case i just seen elliot get tossed over the bars real quick and have barely time to react then land on his wrist i assumed. I cant understand what went wrong in this crash from the camera angle
Everyone crashes everyone gets hurt.. that MX for you regardless of gear and bike. There is no cheap version of MX, it's not a cheap game to be in. If your family are asking you not to re-engage it I would suggest enjoying it from a spectators perspective as I do. I used to race but I'm now 43 and have a responsibility to my family so I just enjoy watching. 👍
entry level is worse bud. i am a novice and i have broke my toes with alpinestar tech 7 boots on (god knows how). dislocated my shoulder and dislocated my knee all this year i wear all good gear a leat 5.5 neck brace. leat xframe knee braces which prevent hyper extension of the knee to stop breaks but doesnt stop twisting no knee brace does as far as im aware.. and leat pro hd armour and still the gear only prevents injury it doesnt stop it.. its worse at entry level because you have riders of different skill level going to slow and u have to brake hard and nearly crash or sum 1 flying past you alot faster than you and clipping in to you and knocking you off.. the worst 1 is novices dont no to stay in a race line or to stay in the rut there heading for they just brake and cross infront of you as your going twice there speed the worst 1 is sum 1 slow who gos on the inside of 1 corner and u go faster on the outside to over take and they decide they like the next corner on the outside and they just pull infront of you without looking at 20 mph when your doing 50 and you crash st8 into the back of them thats happened multiple times to me this year also ive hit 2 people in mid air as they have crossed in to my path as ive jumped. ive been riding track since december 2017 and all this has happened this year
Your flow is AMAZING. Like shiiit. Never stops, no mistakes (except the crash)
