Love it when the Koopa Troopas fall, it's like the guy from Austin Powers when they were driving that steamroller or whatever and the guard's screaming "NOOOOOOOOOOO!" all while it inches closer to them, that's what I think when the Koopa Troopa's are falling
I uninstalled (temporarily) GB Studio to free space. Then, I happen upon this. This looks impressive. It's also a good demonstration on how to engineer iconic sprites within an 8x8 field. Stark contrast to that giant Mario hack I've seen. Worth a download!
If you go over the end pipe in 10 - 2 there is an easter egg where you fight a lakitu in a cave with lots of coins! And also do another episode or else 💀

The Super Mario Land bosses are King Totomesu (World 1/Birabuto Kingdom), Dragonzamasu (World 2/Muda Kingdom), Hyoihoi (World 3/Easton Kingdom), Biokinton (World 4/Chai Kingdom), and Tatanga (also World 4/Chai Kingdom).
This was a super cool hack, very nicely done, i do wish they had added a few Mario Land music themes for some of the levels and perhaps the super ball powerup.
