Doctor has just started me back on my iron tabs after about 1 year off them i think its because i have cut down on the amount of red meat i was eating ... i always have mine with freshly squeezed orange juice so i am forever buying oranges also i eat at least one banana a day .... and i am slightly obessed with watermelon. Hope u start to feel better soon lovely lady px
P, lots of green leafy veg will help and lentils, chickpeas & beans if you like them? And obviously decent red meat. If you take iron pills never take them too near to milk/dairy products as that'll stop the absorption. X
Good job u didnt invite me over to share that pepsi max lol. I have told u that you need to stock up in bulk from iceland they do packs of 24 cans dont know the exact offer details but you could store in the boot of your car and ration them .... out of sight out of mind.px

Seems a bit pricey sarah we dont have morrisons here what would its equivalent be ?? Sainsburys maybe . Love space raiders in beef the pickle onion ones burn my tongue in my old age lol. my girls generally sort themselves out so i only buy for me mostly i never set a budget but i think i am going to challenge myself in july and eat from the freezers and pantry . How long will this last you ?

Just realised about 20 pounds for hair dye and toliet paper so not really that expensive at all in hindsight really only 25 pounds with girl maths lol
Not long at all in hindsight 😂 I've had to buy a couple of extra reduced ready meals from Sainsbury's tonight, but should now last the week! X
