if u want to make oats ..8 months baby ke liye use water to cook oats..ek baar oats pak jaye..formula milk alag se bana kar rakh lein..and cooked oats mein daal de...kheer ya porridge ke liye you can use formula ..and rest of the time u can breastfeed

बच्चे 15 हो या 19 months या 21 months अगर आप अपने केअर में उसको ट्रेनिंग के लिए टाइम नही दोगे वो कैसे चलेगा ..बच्चे को गिरने दे खुद समलेगा चलेगा उठेगा बैठेगा लड़खड़ायेगा लेकिन अंत मे चलेगा बस पेरेंट्स को धयान देना है कि गिरते समय सर वर पे कहीं चोट न लगा ले बेहतर होगा फील्ड ले जाये ..तेल और धूप भी उतना ही जरूरी है जितना खाना so काम से कम 10 -15 मीन के लिए रोज 10 बजे तक का धूप बच्चे को कपङा पहनाकर जरूर दिखाया जाए ..तेल मालिश हिप से पूरे पैर तक पूरेदिनों में काम से कम 5 से 7 बार मालिश करें हो सके तो विटामिन डी बच्चे के लिए दवाई 3-4 महीने तक दे ..
And one more thing...my baby had completed 7 month....and she is not eating complementary food ...like cerelac ...daal water ...what should I do...plz help me
