i dont think he deserves the band 9.0, tho hes good but for me i think it just estimated to 7.0-8.5

I agree with you. I think he said the word 'ah' so often that he didn't look like someone who had reached such a high level of fluency in the language.

I don't think such attractiveness is considered in such a global examination.
He did an absolutely great job, but i think he is more closer to 7-8 band

from my own pov, I suppose this performance is around 7.5-8.0 cause he didn't use much advanced words (lexical resource)

Advanced vocabulary is not important too muck like you think.I know that If you have it, your performance'll be better but even when you don't have it, you still can use simple vocabulary... As the examiner cares more about how you use the English language and the fluency +how natural you are.( sorry if my grammar is wrong)
a lot of people using advanced vocabularies, but often doesn't sound natural. They're not really fluent. It's like they just memorize it to impress the examiner.
All you've done is memorise words like "suppose" or "lexical", without knowing the actual meaning of said words. Its very easy to tell that you memorised those words. The exam is based on how natural you sound, you want to sound like a native speaker not some robot. Imagine if you talked like that in your native language.

I do not have any intention to criticise him, but I would say this is nowhere close to Band 9. I will go with 7.0.

I always fall into the situation where every time i can't speak well when i get to speak in person. i'm like i end up stuttering so many times while talking even thought i do well 2 time better when i'm talking to myself at home.
I advise you to start talking with native by apps like hello talk
Just to get more confidence and fluent and to get rid of nervous.
