Practical Psychology I'm halfway through this book and it's very mentally changing. I went to Hating my boss & CEO to actually relating to what's going on in their head. Using the Circle of concern makes even small life materials make sense.

Since finding this channel less than 6 weeks ago I have blossomed an a leader in many ways. One I've read how to win friends and influence people. Doing this helped me to defuse a very unpleasant situation and work and catapulted me into the leadership role. It has also made my director want to help me etc. (btw she doesn't know I've read the book or that I'm follow this material. It's do purely to me applying the skills effectively). Bet David is right when he says this channel isn't like any other one would find else where. I also love the video with Kelly!! It's inspiring to see women in the role. I have a long way to go to improve and release ineffective habit but I plan to continue to work.

Pat is the best business coach I've ever come across. His skill matrix is highly balanced. He doesn't go on rants like other coaches and is highly intentional and strategic in his delivery. Someone like Gary V get's too emotional. Emotion is important, but it's important to be clear and logical. I guess there is a time and place for a Gary v approach and a Pat approach. Both great / different brands, with different visions.

Joseph Hemingway I subscribe to audible.com so that I can be listening to books as I drive, cook, shop, etc. Helps me to plow through. And I keep a notebook in which I write notes if necessary.
I feel like your way better at teaching entrepreneurship than anyone on RUclips. Even better than Garyvee. Way better. I don't wanna be a salesman forever I want to start a business by the time I'm 30 that will become a multi billion dollar business.

My wife and i currently own and operate 3 small business's. And I also have held a full time job at our local power company since 2008. I hear people talk about working 40 hrs per week, all I can think is how cute 40 hrs. I am a firm believer that there are no set amount of work hrs in a week. I believe if one can produce...
