@rockersk08 It's because this is the starting point for the North Concord train. The train is coming from the Colma yard with empty people. According to the "Fares and Schedules", Fremont train leaves first, then the North Concord train.

Surprisingly it didn't say San Francisco/North Concord like it does San Francisco Concord.

Because it was holding for the Fremont train to leave first, then the n concord train can leave
