Your welcome. There's always the option of coming to the dark side and playing a counter pick like Siegfried though ;). Was thinking that especially if Avatar Belial's health gets buffed in the future a pro Belial player could legitimately switch to him for the Beatrix matchup since he has better tools for the matchup and regular Belial knowledge carries over.
oh ok this is kinda helpful, I play Vaseraga and she can easily get away with spaming that from what i tried. the only answer i got is use vas's 5u if i got a stack of armor, but her ult version counters that.
Vaseraga has some stuff going for him since his fireball hits low enough to beat slides, no reliable meterless reversal like options without armor but on the flip side the 50 % meter invincible ultimate grab will do more damage than a dp on reaction.

Even following your very logical and practical advice, I don't think I can identify, remember and react to that many variables in a move so fast and stupid. I hadn't even noticed the gigantic chip damage... it is absurd!
Trust the process. Practice and fail until it eventually clicks. You could run some sets with a Beatrix player from a granblue discord specifically to speed up the process. I need to do that this weekend.

Wait that voice line trick is actually huge. When I block it I have trouble knowing which type I got hit by so that’s going to help alot
And you can use the voice lines as well as checking the range when it's not a glowing slide to make it even easier to tell on block.

As a Bea player - neutral jump extremly effective against her. It counters both dive kick and slide, but you need to read it use.
