EasyCap DC60+ video going too fast, HELP!

I have an Easycap DC60+, the color and audi seems to work fine, but as you can see, the video is going WAY faster than it should.
I use Ulead 10, PAL 60 and Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
Plz response if you know how to fix this.

I think you should try using a different capture program. Something like virtualdub, amcap, windvr, etc..
