That sword would be perfect for roasting a giant marshmallow.
I spent 40 minutes farming this sword in that stupid catacomb. I got 7 wolf imp helms in the process.
This sword literally came to me in a dream before I knew it existed and then farmed one.

Pair with flam for good times
One of my favorite occult greatswords because I like the speed and reach of the slam heavy vs what the flamberge has even though it gets a bit less damage.
Flamburger wins by the r1 and r2 being basically the same telegraph
I wish this sword and the flambergé had the same moveset as the banished knights great sword.

i think that mainly applies in 2v1s and definitely 3v1s, but let's take for example the fights against mo fa:
even lost himself points out at 4:00 that they seem to always 2 rolls backwards after he uses quickstep
so
is the answer to just not use quickstep? hm... no.
i would say the answer is to still use quickstep, but instead of attacking right after, knowing that mo fa is gonna back off, if you chase them down you'll have a perfect rollcatch setup opportunity, where you know that for two rolls they won't be hitting you.
or in other words: just do literally anything other than R2 after the quickstep if you know the opponent always rolls backwards after you do that.
If it touches you with both endings, does it count as touching you twice, or once?

We gonna talk about how the great sword sounds like a string going high speeds
i tried it its fun. but i prefer weapons people throw away saying its bad. then breaking it. storm assault with the smith script spear with ice affinity its got range, it's also aoe. also range it works but your stats mosty have to be quality since smith script for some reason are quality by default.
hell i broke the smith script dagger with dual wield the main hand ice phalanx ash of war with ice an the off hand a fire version with a ash of war that favors dex like quick step. will do a lot it will cause frost build an undo it fast after it proxs for easy reapply. but the phalanx will have frost build up as well an forces the enemy to back off ore give you some breathing room while you throw. also if you have 2 it has a weird fighting. if you get a stun with your daggers an the phalanx hits its over 1k-2k damage max.
also the smith script hammer with the whirlwind strom ash the spins your weapon around with fire on it is good. its traps the enemy is the spin with a stun an towards the end you start up a throw with the hammer hitting the enemy with the hammer with a throw. if it works it almost kills ever time or knocks the enemy down. it seems slow but with the ash of war you cant tell your start up the throw animation since it looks the same as the ash of war. but the ash of war also speeds up the smith script hammer throw animations slightly.
also to note many of the smith script weapons can pair up with each other for deadly combos that are crazy the smith script spear an shield have a true comb kinda. its really hard you can thro the shield up an then the spear 0.1 sec after the shield still in the air an if the shield miss your spear will hit doing a roll catch.. so many combos you won't believe the smith scripts dagger with the smith script backhand weapon combos so well its crazy the smith script back hand main hand with blind spot an fire element.go on try it.
Almost forgot the lvl is 200-201 its vig 60, mind 20, end 50, strength 40, dex 40, int 30, faith 30, arcane 10. you can tweak it to what you like but the str an dex need to be the same. depending if you want a ice fire or bleed or status version make those stats to what you need.
Those three guys in the sewers were relentless. They gave Lost no breathing room at all. Damn.

wow, first 16 seconds and i'm already impressed, i've never seen eleonoras poleblade WA actually connect, nevermind the whole thing, and it still barely did 50% of your health even with bleed, why in godricks name do people use that weapon.
I've killed people within one combo with that weapon.. Maybe they didn't have it fully upgraded or weren't using the right stats or something.
Axe tali is pretty much useless with your setup, 2 hand talisman is just a straight upgrade.
