    Great wourkout! I am questioning myself tho, at the 3rd round we do 2-3-2-BR, but for me the logical move would have been a BL since it is more natural, plus your opponent is not likely to hit you at your right sice your arm is already extended. He will more likely hit you at left or at body right. Could have done a BR to the body tho.

    I've followed a bunch of your videos I love em all, but this one is very confusing. The way your directing the combos and rounds I can't tell when to go and when to stop or when to rest or how hard I'm going. I usually follow along great. This one was just a bit off.

    Do you have any videos geared towards lefties?

      Just do the same with the opposite side. Right leg and hand in front. Jab with the right, cross with the left. Lead hook will be with your right hand, same for your lead uppercut. Overhand with the left. Go for it!
