I’m sure he has valid criticisms, but I respect Nolan and Kip Thorne for the ambitious concept and their painstaking effort to make the visuals and physics as scientifically accurate as possible. Unlike most modern Hollywood movies, it was entertaining, not agenda driven, and obviously had a lot of passionate people behind it. That movie helped me get through a dark time in my life so I’m perfectly fine with dying on this hill.

I miss subtitles when I go to the theater. I watched Dune 2 in IMAX. It was awesome, but I immediately was straining the hear dialogue. I impatiently waited for it to be released on Max to watch it with subtitles. It adds a lot for me.

Honestly: Sucker Punch is one of my guilty pleasures, give me the Heat! I Like the way, they tried to show how to deal with psychological Trauma, turning simple tasks into important missions and losing themselves in a fantastic world when in reality there is no escape really. I wonder how Joker 2 could have turned out with him, turning his World into a Musical to deal with the Trauma, but still being shanked and replaced in the end because that's not the Joker.

I grew up (early years) in Colorado at a 5700' town on the west side but have lived in Arkansas since I was 10. To this day when I go back to Colorado or other higher elevation areas I have no problem. Granted, I'm only a day hiker and my travel buddy aka dad is no longer up for serious hikes. I recently came back from camping near Leadville. I need to take a friend with me that doesn't mind more rigorous hiking and test to see how my body responds if I'm higher up for more than the short, leisurely bit I did when I took a cograil to the top of Pikes Peak.
Leadville is right next to the continental divide. My family came out to visit me there and they all got altitude sickness.
