Do not smoke before using the inversion table, smoking increases your heart rate, which increases velocity of blood flow, this reduces blood pressure. Your body is having a much harder time compensating for being upside down, then once you rise your body has a hard time pumping blood back into the brain and as a result you get light headed.

That's awesome. Wrestling in highschool was some of the best training I ever had. It made football practice seem like a joke. I'm not trying to sound like some know it all, but if you have time, try BJJ. After I started training BJJ, I can see why Joe Rogan is always talking about it. I grew up training in Isshin ryu and wrestling, and then started Muay Thai and boxing. BJJ is legit. I just wish I would've started training years ago, when I first heard about it. Try it out. You won't be sorry.
