This build can be improved upon. Altho this is a good build for higher levels, you can get more damage by using normal adrenaline rush backpack/grupo for extra crit damage. Personally I like to use about 40-50% PFE and then the damage I get in return wipes them out quicker so the extra PFE becomes unnecessary. That's just in my playstyle. Keep it up dude your nice!
Yeah man exactly I normally would use the normal version and grupo when I use with smg usually 2 sokolov 1 grupo just trying different combos with it definitely could be worked on to get it better thanks for the comment man 👍

Usually I find a happy place for myself but some people like to copy and paste and you know, these things are really templates for others to try and see how it fits for them. I sub to a lot of these folks and learn a ton over the last year to make me a better player. Not sure what I'm gonna do once I get to 1000. I'm at 780 now. But I still find it fun ....always looking to get better. You got a sub from me....

Hey man the improvised gear non branded comes with a mod slot enabling you to equip mods of your choice so thats holster knees and gloves they can be crafted in the base of operations hope this helps 👍
I think what they mean is HOW you actually acquired them. I have about ten of these and they are just random loot drops. Never seen a 13 yet but I have a couple 12s and several 11s.
Aaa OK dude normally random drops but you can farm mods in summit or in the open world just look at the targeted loot and farm rinse and repeat the 13% is probably the rarest item in the game 👍

I carried a group in heroic but man legendary is just ridiculous, even reds are bullet spunges.

Pay attention to the shops as well. They had 12% PFE mods a few weeks ago and I bought like 5-6 of them.
