Hi @ BullseyeMoney! Thank you so much for your content - it has certainly brought great value to me!, Question for you - if I had created a PO which was agreed on by the seller of his services - Then his Invoice to me needs to reflect the terms laid out in the PO that was agreed by both parties which generated a legal binding document. Both these documents need to line up in terms of the agreements and terms? His invoices may be generated monthly to as for payment as long as the purchase order had stated that payments will be made monthly for the actually number of billable hours for example.

Hi,,,,I am just moving to xero and wondered if you could help. I need to pay a Doctor that works for us but he is not classified as an employee,,,how would I add his payment to zero? All his revenue goes into our account and we then need to pay him his percentage. He pays his own tax etc, we have nothing to do with that. Any help would be appreciated

He should give you an invoice and you can pay him that way.

@@TheBookkeepingChannel it doesn't work that way in a surgery unfortunately,,,it would be impossible to have invoices from a dr with billings go through the practice on medicare, private billings etc. thanks for trying though 🙂 I will keep googling
