Thank you very much for the video very helpful ❤ Set the engine gear on a piece of paper. Keep it clean during assembly, clean the elements ... THX ❤ Best regards, Traxxas 1/16 E Revo VXL - fire 💥
Haha just installed one into my 1/16 summit this weekend. Waiting to test after my Hot Racing diffs arrive. Can't wait to see your next video they are always killer!
Wicked Nolan 😎 have you already tried and seen it’s worth as that looked like you’d defo have to know this likkle rc for sure it felt like you could have been undoing screws for a whole day before you got to where you’d need to be Thanks for sharing Nolan✅😎
Dude make sure you put differential fluid in the center diff, 100K weight. All Traxxas diffs come dry as a bone my friend. I also recommend 50k weight for the front diff and 30k for the rear. You have to take out the 3 small screws and fill the inside of the center diff. Front and rear is the same.
Hi, do you open the center diff and put the 100k in or do you mean into the housing that holds the center diff and the other gears? Does that part also need fluid? Thanks!
@@kamdesai2411 open the center diff itself and put it in there….you don’t really need fluid in the transmission….a little grease wouldn’t hurt…..but I prefer to run it dry in such a small machine
Well let’s see? He got it apart, put the new diff in,put it back together & it works. What more do you want? Just cause he doesn’t do it how you think it should be done!🤡
"When all else fails, follow directions " that was the most important thing I've ever learned. from my fourth grade teacher. 🙂

Thanks! I definitely think it’ll be beneficial….I’m hoping that it helps reduce the chances of breaking a driveshaft
Love install videos 👍👏
Thanks! Glad you liked it! 👍😉
That's funny I just bought one and waiting for mine to come in a well lol
Awesome man! It should definitely help the handling
@@RCKnockout I agree! Can't wait to see your test runs and how planted it'll be. I'm glad to see there are still fans for this chassis
@@90Kenny yeah I’m looking forward to testing it!
Thanks!
Thank you!

@@RCKnockout anytime it’s going to save your rear diff from grenading
@@B-Cobra appreciate it!

You don’t grease your gears?
Not for this transmission…..larger machines I do
Hey nolan im a little late to this but does this cut down on drive shafts poping out and does it help reduce wheelies/backflip?
Yeah it definitely will help with the wheelies….And will help prevent driveshafts from breaking
@@RCKnockout ok thx i will be ordering tonight
And would u recommend the hot racing front diff?
@@JG_Outdoor your welcome
Yeah I’ve had good luck with the Hot Racing Diffs
What’s the difference between the old and new diffs?
We’ll stock it doesn’t have a center diff…it’s just a plastic gear
@@RCKnockout sounds like a diff is more than just a gear. Thank you sir.
@@davidwold2818 yeah it’s got rotating spider gears in there as well as diff fluid
What does this do for it?
Helps distribute the power between all four wheels more efficiently
Do these still need the difs shimmed?
The stock diffs?
I figure all diffs need to be inspected and shimmed, if necessary. It's just part of the hobby.
@@RCKnockout Yeah, they had problems for years with fit and so people always recommended shimming the stock 1/16 diffs.
@@booya6437 yeah the stock diffs probably need it for sure…..I’m running the hot racing diffs now
@@RCKnockout did you put oil in the center diff? It comes dry from the factory
Skipped too many steps
Well rc isn’t for you then! Or you one of those people that pay others to do it?🤡
only for me look like you have no clue what are you doing?

People are searching on videos to learn how to do something. He is actually just figuring out what he is doing.
