The way Sam’s face changes when Dean says he was scared 🥺 He grew up with his big brother Dean protecting him and never showing fear so to hear him admit to being scared was probably kind of shocking(for lack of a better word). I mean objectively Sam knows Dean’s been afraid before, but it’s different when you grow up with a sort of hero worship and you look up to someone like that, especially a sibling. It’s more impactful to hear it directly from Dean
also darker in the literal sense. the visuals of the show were much different in the earlier seasons (in part bc they were on film) and i really preferred it.
I’m on season 11 of supernatural and you realise how fresh interesting and intriguing the first five seasons were they had me on edge every time and is the only series that gave me nightmares and I’m 16 years old the older seasons feel like a mirror opposite of the golden age of supernatural they try to be more like the golden age but it doesn’t work out and they fail badly
@@hanna4192 I’m curious, when was that confirmed? Cass saying he loved Dean could’ve meant many things, Dean never openly stated he was bisexual either. He’s said few times “I don’t swing that way” so I’m wondering where was his *bisexuality* confirmed?

I miss the darker tone of the early seasons. No offense to the later seasons but the later seasons become too comedic to a fault.
