It will be mentioned in your tyre. The min and Max will be mentioned in your tyre . Cos each tyre pattern and make will make difference in pressure inflating. So kindly check in your tires

Basic pumps with pressure gauge will help you out sir. If you are looking for electronic then try redmi MI electronic pump. Manually BTwin floor pump 500 will be good
