17 / Left at Sea Spearfishing in Lombok Indonesia! Time to leave Bali, where are we moving?

My mate Ben came over for a spearfishing trip. We packed our bags, spearguns, boards and loaded up the motorbikes for a boy trip. We rode from Bali over to the neighbouring island Lombok. We had some great surf and dives to start the week. On the third day we hired a new boat driver and the driver decided to leave us and go fishing while we were diving some islands a few kilometres out at sea with big currents. We drifted off the back of the island and then had to swim for shore till near dark, it was a scary experience you can see it around the 3 min mark of this video!!
After making it back home to Bali I flew to work and decided that I was going to quit! Enjoy the new episode and I hope you enjoy the idea of our next adventure location! Subscribe.......things go from bad to worse where we move! Its defiantly an adventure to remember!

I am going to Indonesia soon, to do some Spearfishing for 2 months. What do you think would be the best place for me, to do the same Thing as you do in the Video??

Allot of Bali has great dive spots but Lombok and other island seem to have clearer water. Most island have a clear and dirty side and really big currents so make sure you know what your doing.
I usually just approach small fishing villages and ask them to take me, but if it’s a new area maybe look at going with a guy who advertises at-least and be carefull if you do what I do in these small boats hahaha it’s pretty hectic

I just use random lads each time I go. This was a few years ago now sorry
