Also, I also did not have a pleasant experience for my first time in VCA. I felt unimportant and looked down on? Like she felt so pretentious lol I tried to request for the person who helped me originally but, he wasn't working that day. He was super nice and welcoming and I even prefaced it by saying I was only looking but, still had great service. So def. won't be asking for the lady that serviced me on the day of my purchase. Tiffany really has great customer service. So good on them for keeping that kind of image up. Even Cartier was super sweet. Idk what it is with VCA then. :(
VCA in white gold is THE BEST!!! I am personally dying to have that in a bracelet but so far no luck with color... that stone is so gorgeous but often it does not have enough color or its not consistent on every single clover! your pendant is exactly the color I want on ever single motif...wish me luck finding the perfect one! happy belated bday!!!
I wasn't upset at the 22 because it was gift. Sometimes you want what you want, even if the price doesn't make sense. The denim and tweed ones you show look so good!
🤭You influenced me into getting the cos bag. I was obsessed with the Icare bag as well, so I got it in black. I took it to the farmers market for the first time over the weekend, and it was so worth it! With so many quilted options, I had to get something🫠

Ive had a similar experience at Cartier, the customer service was not the best, I ended up buying the love ring and the JUC, I wish the experience was better, since it was my first time buying from the brand.
It’s so disappointing and lowkey makes the moment less exciting. They don’t have to treat us like royalty but at least like a fellow excited human being - hopefully in the future we both find a lovely SA from these jewelry boutiques ☹️
my favorite perfume is Dior Gris Montaigne and its just the old name for gris dior i think? its super good! especially in the colder weather 💕

I agree that your experience should be exciting! Went to Prada and had a mediocre experience really wanted something but didn’t feel catered too so went to LV instead and they took care of me. Even when I didn’t buy but love it so much I went back and got a new bag 🥰

VCA's packaging used to be even better and now they're just try to cut corners using the whole 'eco-friendly' excuse...anyway, awesome haul and happy belated birthday! chalcedony is my favorite gemstone by VCA, no other brands make it like it in terms of the quality of the stones. I have the chalcedony in 5 motif and love staring at them. Will you be getting the holiday pendant this year?
Omg the 5 motif SOUNDS GORGEOUS I would be staring non stop 😭✨ and the holiday pendants haven’t really fully won me over, I liked the pink one from before but maybe if they come out with a really nice shade of green or yellow stone 👁️👁️

That is the typical issue with vintage Danube bags. $200 sounds like under estimate. They’ve gotten so pricey on repairs!
I wouldn’t doubt it being 250$ since they have to remove and restitch it onto the bag 💀💀

Really dissapointing the experience you had at VCA! Regardless of whether or not you were buying, the experience and service should match the price tag of their items. I’ve also had a similar experience at Gucci where the lady was suddenly much nicer after the decision to make the purchase. Unfortunately, these (terrible) SA’s form part of the memory behind the special item.
