There is a small missinformation in this tutorial. In the Leads layout in this example (in 0:59), Company field is set as mandatory, hence, when trying to Save the new record, a field validation error will appear saying "Company" cannot be empty. It can either be switched off as mandatory or it can be set a layout rule when moving to a further step, set Company as mandatory if this information is only to be filled in future steps in the qualification funnel. So there is my contribution to this video. :)
