Nice throw, but I find the beam is a bit too narrow for what I would like. Great for some uses, but makes a case for having multiple lights depending on use.
That's just its tactical side showing. Most applications are fairly close, but high lumens and long reach is what sells. Pretty much like most other tactical items. They're for, you know, just in case.

The spotlight prone beam (narrow) is excellent if you are trekking in the woods. It's preferable to the flood light style. You want the beam to punch out in those conditions, you want to see what might be back there behind the trees, hundreds of yards away. Flood light styles are lacking in any space where you want to see a good distance.
This is one of the greatest handheld flashlights ever made. I've probably used this in the dark woods and mountain sides in lonesome places probably more than anyone else. I also use the Array 2 Pro headlamp, but sometimes I want to use this over a headlamp. It is an excellent flashlight for many reasons. 200 lumens for 13 hours is awesome, it is very durable, waterproof, it is not so big that it is cumbersome. It's just awesome!

Love it but will not buy because no 2300 once battery hits 70%. So, if you want to recharge it every time 25% of battery used, then yes, it's a 2300 light. If it was regulated to run all modes til dead, then I would love it.

If you want actual tactical murican EDC BS, get a streamlight. It's the one the cops use. Comes with a charger you can screw to your dashboard like a real insurrectionist.
Quit giving Chinese company's money for American flags. People are so easily munipulated.
Lately I’ve started to look at it as giving the Chinese a taste of American freedom where one can print the US flag on anything while not so much with their own flag.
