- In this video I have explained the regulation of fatty acid oxidation in the mitochondria. The regulation of fatty acid oxidation is mainly going on over outer mitochondrial membrane. The main regulatory molecule is malonyl CoA controlling the activity of carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1.
