I agree that Head should reach out to Kanye because of the fact that Head has already been there when it came to dealing with the media, after being born-again...and the media is going to use everything that it has to try to discredit God's: love, power, and grace through Kanye's salvation/testimony. However, I believe that Kanye would benefit the most from serving God at a smaller, independent Baptist church and to avoid any and all contact with famous preachers such as: Joel Osteen and Rick Warren, before starting off with a huge ministry. I believe that it would benefit Kanye so much more to learn how to properly worship God through sermons and songs at a smaller Bible-preaching, local church; than it would be for him to focus on entertainment preaching. In my opinion, Kanye's ministry does seem to be more focused on the "entertainment" and "emotional" sermons, rather than allowing God's words through the Bible to pierce through the guest's hearts, minds, and souls; rather than trying to save people through an experience that they have had while listening to Kanye's music. We will definitely need to continue praying for Kanye's growth and his family's salvation. We will need to pray for his ministry to be a light to both believers and unbelievers in Jesus, Christ. We will also need to pray that Kanye and his congregation will hold fast to God's word through the Bible and that they will go off of the King James Version of the Bible.

It stung for but a moment and after the initial sting of my personal pride bring broken had convicted me to do my best to always honor God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. My small, local church has been used to continue giving me God's truths through the Bible. And prior to going to Mukwonago Baptist Church (www.mukwonagobaptist.org), I had attended Willow Creek Community Church and many other Lutheran and non-denominational churches. Those other churches do not feed their flocks spiritually. They tickle our ears because they know that we as humans are emotional beings and they falsely lead the masses that we are saved off of: 1). And/or baptism We are only saved after we repent of our sins and believe on Jesus, Christ to save us from an eternal life in hell (which we need to be convicted that we have sinned a perfect and Holy God before we can truly see our need to cry upon Jesus to save us from the punishment in hell that we truly deserve...just think of the two thieves on the cross). Paul Wood I know exactly how you feel, a lot of mature Christians and elders remind me that it’s a walk though not a sprint or a race. You’re now walking with the Lord and it takes time. Just pray and give it all to Him. He shows me more and more all the time. The Lord saved me at 29 right before my 30th birthday and I had pretty much no foundation, so now He’s taking that almost 30 years of pride and sin and removing it piece by piece and molding me into His image day by day. It takes time. Patience is key, I’ve struggled with it too my friend. Just keep praying and pushing through, He won’t give up on you.

What we are saying is that there are false preachers and false teachers out there who preach and teach that it is okay to continue a life in sin after being born-again through Christ. I agree that Head should reach out to Kanye because of the fact that Head has already been there when it came to dealing with the media, after being born-again...and the media is going to use everything that it has to try to discredit God's: love, power, and grace through Kanye's salvation/testimony.
However, I believe that Kanye would benefit the most from serving God at a smaller, independent Baptist church and to avoid any and all contact with famous preachers such as: Joel Osteen and Rick Warren, before starting off with a huge ministry. I believe that it would benefit Kanye so much more to learn how to properly worship God through sermons and songs at a smaller Bible-preaching, local church; than it would be for him to focus on entertainment preaching. In my opinion, Kanye's ministry does seem to be more focused on the "entertainment" and "emotional" sermons, rather than allowing God's words through the Bible to pierce through the guest's hearts, minds, and souls; rather than trying to save people through an experience that they have had while listening to Kanye's music.
We will definitely need to continue praying for Kanye's growth and his family's salvation. We will need to pray for his ministry to be a light to both believers and unbelievers in Jesus, Christ. We will also need to pray that Kanye and his congregation will hold fast to God's word through the Bible and that they will go off of the King James Version of the Bible.

@@chelley2 I honestly do not believe that God was pleased with how David had responded to his wife with such arrogance and the way that he was dancing in the streets lewdly, was dishonoring God because God did have a strict dress code for His chosen people of Israel and Judah. Was David forgiven of his trespasses against God and his wife, I believe so because David put his trust and faith in God, despite his sins.
But now that Jesus had come to die in our places on the Cross of Calvary, He has taught us everything that we need to know about true and proper worship. He had revealed to us through the Bible that Satan will creep in unaware and use false teachers to tell us that it is okay for us to live contrary to God's words through the Bible's teachings.
Non-denominational churches have incorporated false worldly philosophies into their sermons and I don't really believe that God calls for born-again believers in Jesus, Christ to teach blended messages of worldly, pagan philosophies in with His words. A true Bible-preaching church will preach against those types of sermons and emphasize that the born-again believers separate from these types of teachings.
I understand your position on this because I had used to think like you did, that is until I was convinced that my own pride was blinding me of God's truths in the Bible and that I was going to go to hell for my sins unless I got right with God. After I had put my trust and faith in Jesus, Christ as my Lord and savior on February 14th, 2017; I became a new creature and I became born-again into God's family.
Was the destruction of letting go of my own way of thinking a painful experience? No. Being broken of my own pride and putting my trust and faith in Jesus was the best thing that has ever happened to me!! It stung for but a moment and after the initial sting of my personal pride bring broken had convicted me to do my best to always honor God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. My small, local church has been used to continue giving me God's truths through the Bible.
And prior to going to Mukwonago Baptist Church (www.mukwonagobaptist.org), I had attended Willow Creek Community Church and many other Lutheran and non-denominational churches. Those other churches do not feed their flocks spiritually. They tickle our ears because they know that we as humans are emotional beings and they falsely lead the masses that we are saved off of: 1). An emotional experience
2). Good works
3). And/or baptism
We are only saved after we repent of our sins and believe on Jesus, Christ to save us from an eternal life in hell (which we need to be convicted that we have sinned a perfect and Holy God before we can truly see our need to cry upon Jesus to save us from the punishment in hell that we truly deserve...just think of the two thieves on the cross).

Paul Wood I know exactly how you feel, a lot of mature Christians and elders remind me that it’s a walk though not a sprint or a race. You’re now walking with the Lord and it takes time. Just pray and give it all to Him. He shows me more and more all the time. The Lord saved me at 29 right before my 30th birthday and I had pretty much no foundation, so now He’s taking that almost 30 years of pride and sin and removing it piece by piece and molding me into His image day by day. It takes time. Patience is key, I’ve struggled with it too my friend. Just keep praying and pushing through, He won’t give up on you.

What we are saying is that there are false preachers and false teachers out there who preach and teach that it is okay to continue a life in sin after being born-again through Christ. The Bible says that there are consequences for continuing a life of sin, whether it is curse from God, injury, possession or death.
You see after someone repents of their sins and puts their trust and faith in Jesus, it makes them a new creature in Christ. However, as a new creature in Christ, we are still going to struggle with sins, but the thing is are we going to want to desire living an ungodly and sinful lifestyle after Jesus, Christ had died one of the most painful and horrific deaths for humanity to remove our sins? Or are we going to honor Him by trying to stay as far away from sin as possible.
The apostle Paul, says that God will reward His children who speak in truth over speaking in love. I forgot where it says that in the Bible off the top of my head, but I do believe that it is written in the book of Acts. John6:29 who had replied to this, is speaking God's truth out of love. I understand that your pride is blinding you from wanting to accept the truths from the Bible, but I will be praying that God will lead to a local, Bible-preaching church so that you will choose know what God is really saying in the Bible.
