These scams are so the third party retailers can create false verified reviews on behalf of the product to make it seem like the product has great reviews.
Funny thing is, I don't know about everyone but I only look at the negative reviews when buying something from Amazon. If everyone is saying the same negative thing about an item, then I don't buy it.
The problem is not receiving free products, the problem is Amazon's customer information database seems to be open source. How does someone I didn't order from get my name, address and phone number, that's the problem, they may also have my credit card information as well and it doesn't seem anyone at Amazon wants to investigate.
The information we give is valuable, Criminal organizations will use everything at their disposal for their profit. Our taxes, Our personal information, Even our purchases. Do you truly expect better from amazon?
A number of times I received items delivered to me. When I called to inform them. They told me to keep what I receive. Some of the items were useless to me. I gave them away. As long as I am not charged for the items I don't really care. I will not make any reviews of any items I did not order!
I lost faith in Amazon. ordered 3 things about 600$ spent total. nothing lasted 1 day and 1 item was already broken! Ebay is better. I like the years protection plan ebay has Amazon doesn't have.
Yes I did receive a package some sandals from Jamaica New York they didn't even fit me when I complained to Amazon they were very nice and they gave me a $25 gift card when I asked about the $25 gift card I still haven't seen it but I'm pretty sure I'm my next order they will be using that $25 gift card it was some beige sandals unlike free flaps and they didn't fit me Amazon was nice and took care of it they gave me a gift card of $25 gift card for my next purchase
I remember when I was 6 I was looking on amazon and I saw a baby alive.I told my mom I wanted it. And it came and he said “here is your baby alive!” Then I opened it and it was a pc5 so my mom said “I BOUGHT YOU A DOLL NOT A PC5!” Then I told the man and he just ran off.
By the company. They aren't paying for the items, they're just sending you their own items. Because once they've done that, they can then leave themselves a fake, but "verified" positive review.
I bought Celcius from walmart, it was very high price, yet delivered by amazon... I called walmart and said they are not affiliated with amazon period. Got my refund because they made a fake label delivering a random screw from home depot, had not bought anything from amazon or depot in over a year, so I got my money back. 2nd time made certain to use a different seller high price again. I stated I would like a photo proof of walmart item, or a signature 🤔 2nd time seller KNEW they were caught and instead of face walmart with thier scheme, they refunded. I've never ordered Celcius again from walmart. In conclusion you can get your money back if you buy an item from Walmart, notice its in a amazon package you can reach out to chat with Walmart letting them know you either need signature or photo proof of package delivered if they cannot do this, its fair game because the fraud seller doesn't want to be exposed!! I do not like my personal info being shared to other companies like home depot who reported that first seller.

A good idea is to look at similar products, from the same mfg. If the same person commented on both GO ELSE-WARE.
