Great game. As a newer player transitioning from a long time of playing Magic, it's nice to see and pick up some of the nuances and decisions in this game. I hope you guys increase the frequency of these videos.
So just so you guys can think about it. Maybe pull the camera out like a half foot or foot back so you can see the whole field and decks dont get cut off.
6:59 Ive been told that you cant use battle card's Activate Battle skills unless they're the ones involved in the battle. Like if he was being attacked or if he was attacking.
That's what I originally thought too and based off the rule sheet in the starter decks it says you can use any activate battles during the combo step but technically it still doesnt say if its only for the card thats in battle. Just wanna be 100% is all if anyone can confirm the ruling.
My friend got me to start playing this game for the first time yesterday all because of the broly deck (broly is my favorite) and I gotta say the game is alot of fun, I'm still new so there's alot for me to learn but I'm glad I can play this now besides Yugioh all the time

At 13:13 the gogeta player ask if he was gonna use brolys abilitys, but that ability activates in his combo phase. So if he was gonna combo, he coudent ask if he was gobna used broly cost 6 ability.

You can't target your own cards with with the Broly cards' kill effects. Also, activate battle effects can only be activated during your combo step, the same as senzu bean.
G didn't target his own card with the Broly Kill effect...it was a cost effect. And Broly battle effects CAN be activated during the opponent's turn - this is the best part of the deck bro 😜
@@Rabid_Wombat He killed his six cost broly with his other six cost broly. And when i say that you use activate battle effects during your combo step, that means during your turn to combo, not your opponents. You have to use the effect during normal combo timing, not just anytime during a battle.
Ehi, i have a question. When i use Rampage trigger to active a broly control mechanism from the deck, then i have to put the mechanism in the drop area?

Plus a few boxes of world martial arts tournement. Any suggestions for a newbie? Looking for something simpler. Still learning the mechanics.

I think that these videos would be more enjoyable if you played by the rules. This seemed super scripted. You know that you don't get to ask if Broly is gonna Activate:Battle until it's his combo step right?

Brolly deck is not all that,having to drop 2 cards everytime and only allowed to have 2 battle cards at a time hurts way to much. The decks that are out before this deck are far better and cheaper. I dont see this deck changing any meta
The ability to draw to 6 everytime he atacks gives him huge combo power it’s something they forgot to do in this video, and being able to remove opponents battle cards is also very powerful this leader is meta like it or not
Thing is the current great decks (Hiru, Baby, Pan) absolutely destroy Broly... I even saw it lose to Janemba... really overrated deck same with Boujack.

unless the card specifically states that then I don't that card has to be in battle to activate the Active Batttle

The card does not need to be the one in battle unless it's a when this card attacks effect. Whoever told you otherwise was incorrect

Activate battle happens during the combo phase guys. If your on defense then during the defensive combo phase. Aka you did it wrong
they always do stuff wrong... it's painful to watch... sometimes I think they do it on purpose...
