You can do this with two Ziploc bags too... Just put the ingredients of the ice cream in a quart sized bag, put ice and rock salt in a gallon sized bag, put the small bag with the ice cream inside the bigger bag (making sure it sealed) and just shake it checking it occasionally until it's at your desired thickness!
