Yes you can switch it on and off the vacuum cleaner but when you started both section and blower starts simultaneously

Actually vacuum cleaner main do holes hote hai ek jisme voh suck krta hai and dusra jo uske neeche (terminal) pe hota hai usse voh blow krta hai and blow vale main apko section tube lgake ap car ko easily wash kr skte ho aur uski puri video maine apne channel pe dali hai ap dekh skte hp

Bro blower end and suction end both works at the same time you can close blower end by using the cover given with the vaccum cleaner
