Frank Morris's promising athletic career was cut short at the age of 21 with polio. His life story is an amazing list of adventures most people would never consider attempting let alone after being stricken with a debilitating muscular disease.

Wow Mac, thank you so much for this series of conversations they are so inspiring. I was SO happy to know Frank is 1) still alive and 2) looking outrageous at over 90!! and to listen to him about his life passions and challenges is so empowering, what a wonderful human! I've just had my 2nd hip replacement and I am off into the sunny day here for a walk with Frank in mind dealing with Polio at 21! PS: at 73 you look ridiculous too so I'm feeling indestructible at 60 and motivated more than ever to keep on training and throw that 1 kg discus far!
