Yan SRP sa future Yan ang magiging center ng tourists, entertainment and Business hubs sa VisMin sa lawak na 300 hectares mas Malaki demand ng commercial lot Lalo na Yung tatlong malaking developer na Sm Prime Holding at Ayala Land at Filinvest nag invest na dyan sa SRP magiging mala pasay version Yan ng Cebu. At mas Malaki pa sa BGC.. ang pinagkaiba lng pwede pagtayuan ng highrises dahil malayo sa airport not the same case sa pasay malapit sa airport kaya mostly midrises 🙂.

Cebu is so Underrated. in the next 5 years. It will be the hotbed for tourist. Not manila, baguio, palawan or boracay. It will be CEBU. So balance between city and nature. They have beautiful night life and beaches are white Sand. And 10x safer than manila. Manila is full of criminals in the streets
It is not underrated bro. Actually, Cebu has the most number of foreign tourists and expats. It is not broadcast by mainstream media media in order to promote other tourist destinations because Cebu accounts most number of foreign tourists. It is also possible that mainstream media did not broadcast it since because imperial Manila don't want Cebu to have more tourists.
It is already the number 1 tourist destination in the Philippines even in the pre-NUStar era :)
