Anyone who's building on the Cloud knows you don't always know what you don't know. Instead of going through the pain of experience, Azure Landing Zone gives you a clear path forward to avoid specific gotchas from the get go.

The recommendation to have an entirely separate management group for security resources such as Sentinel is still not reflected in the boilerplate architecture - is that something you plan on remediating?

Great presentation. Although, I'd like to mention that with a Decentralised, Centralised or Distributed cloud operating models, we have a completely different approaches. Did you forget to mention that this only applies to entreprise scale cloud operating model?

We actual moved away from the multi-tiered model recommendations this year to the enterprise model. Our previous show on landing zones had the other options.

@@MSFTMechanics When you say multi tier, are you referring to cloud operating models? Because Microsoft Learn's CAF module does have a very extensive module on cloud operating models. Are you saying that module is out of date? Please help me understand. Thank you

@@BijouBakson That's possible, as it's a relatively recent change. The latest information is here: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cloud-adoption-framework/ready/landing-zone/

@@MSFTMechanics Wow, I've spent hours on this to complete my Azure Solutions architect expert certification. The article was released only in the beginning of the year. Thank you for sharing. Let me check the link

@@MSFTMechanics I have just read the article you linked. They have not abolished the idea for Cloud Operating models for cloud operations, at least the article does not mention anything like that. There are different approaches for adopting or accelerating the cloud depending on the business priorities. What you have in this video here is an enterprise cloud operating model suitable for organisations that have the cloud as the priority environment. Or perhaps you have other links you wish to share? I'm on Learn every single day.
