I just bought one of these. Was a bit disappointed the green is nowhere near as vibrant as the pics on their site. Unless it's in pretty bright light, the dial actually looks black. The bezel is a little lighter but still much more almost an olive drab green rather than the bright green shown on their site. I still like it, but wish it were brighter, more vibrant green. I like bigger watches and this surely fits that bill.
Finally a real dive watch that's functional for a good price. Swiss movement would have been nice, but in this day and age you can't get everything you want unless you pay substantial money. Not a bad dive watch that works well! Nice find Chris!!
I bought one. Very impressed. I know the movement is cheap as is the box. Don’t wear a box. No it won’t go under a shirt cuff! It’s not meant too. It’s a divers watch. Lots of people who see it either love or hate it. Personal taste choice. If you have a thick wrist looks great. I wouldn’t recommend to someone on the smaller wrist size. Thanks to Chris for the review.
Heads up , another reviewer stated the arrows on the bracelet for the direction to remove the pins was backwards for his and he almost damaged his removing his pins
I have three spinnakers… I like them all but they are thick and not what I would call refined at all. This one’s interesting but not interesting enough to pull the trigger… Thanks Chris
I just ordered one after seeing my friends model. He got the black...I went for the blue. The green is sold out and they are on sale for $440.00 FYI guys
That's a pretty impressive watch for $500. I mean, yes, you can get a diver with an NH35, solid links, solid end links, and sapphire crystal, for a lot less, but not with a 500m depth rating. And certainly not built that sturdy.
It IS a perfect desk diver. Best multi-functional paper weight. Not my kind of watch... Maybe the size and girth WAS in my early Invicta days over 10 years ago... But, thanks for video none the less as I was curious what this watch named after the Captain of the Enterprise was about.. jk! I know it's not and not even spelled the same.. 1 less "c".
Really like it mate but I am with you the clasp really lets it down, the Zelos clasp for the cost would have taken the class value up a notch and I would have considered purchasing it but clasp put me off. Take it easy buddy !! - Nick.
Don't think it is worth the price honestly. Nh35 watches sell for as little as $85 movement itself as little as $35. Don't see paying all that extra money for it because it is bulky and has a high depth rating.
A completely pointless excersie as diver watches go. There are so many watches out there that have the same or greater depth rating, ISO certified, divers extension and a lot smaller for half the price. As a talking point it is an interesting piece. But as far as everyday practically goes it serves no purpose. It is a good looking fairly interesting piece and that's about it.

I am a nerd, my first thought on the Piccard was it was shaped after the domed bridge of the NCC Enterprise.
I was thinking that too...and I'm not a nerd. 😁
The case profile reminds me of the Piaget Altiplano ultra-thin ;-).

Crazy looking watch but I really like the story behind it. Nice twist on that diver.

What a beast. Definitely making the rounds of all the watch channels, and was hoping you'd review it, thanks Chris. Looks great on the wrist. 👍
I’m thinking about getting the black one. With a 25% off code on their website it’s not a bad deal
20% off
@@KRJoye 25% if you preorder for February
@@MrBeard-et1yi what are your thoughts on the blue or green ?
Ended up getting the green for $299
Good vid but no discussion of what actually runs the watch? I hear the Sieko movement is solid, but should talk more about that.
is the clasp something that could be swapped out for a better quality one?
Thanks Chris !

The vessel on the caseback is the PX-15 from 1969

Amazing watch ! 👌
I don't know what to make of this beast of a watch.
I like it. Wish it had something slightly better than the NH35. Maybe a basic SW-200 with some up regulation.
I’m just going to pretend its named after Jean-Luc Picard & pretend the dome is inspired by his head, ok thanks
This watch looks wild! Crystal ball, looking into the future.

Love this mid case and the overall side profile! That crystal is insane! Distortion lover’s dream!

That’s a no from me. X
It’s ridiculous.. but my curiosity got the best of me and ordered the cerulean for $299.

Have you checked out the H20/Helberg CH1? It’s a much closer rendition of the original Rolex
Congrats you have been selected among our shortlisted winners from our previous giveaway, Contact the number above ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^✅
Quite a bold choice, if Rolex won't do it we will! Interesting but quite niche in terms of potential customers....

Great video, not into that watch. I have the Dumas and the Bradner. Will not own this thing. Looking forward to the next video.
Looks great 💪
Wow you didn't pronounce it "bath escape" 😆. Great video, interesting watch. Spinnaker is doing good stuff lately!

Just bought this. But I am more interested in the other watch on your wrist. Tell more

I've owned my Helberg CH1 bronze for many years now and I think it is much better watch and reinterpretation of that Rolex
Good golly! Will this watch catch fire in bright sunlight? 😉

Seems like the perfect watch for every suburban knucklehead driving a Hummer to the Safeway.
If I wear one driving my Excursion to walmart, does that count? 😆
Damn haha, woaw 😃

another pointless spinnaker masterpiece
Those flat sides make it look nearly twice as thick as a planet ocean. I'd like it if they didn't try and make it a deep sea watch.

It's the wrong shape for a hockey puck but take the bracelet off and it would be a great paper weight.

Will not fit under a shirt cuff.
too heavy for me

Its ... Ugly. I understand companies want different but imo this is just ugly. I've owned spinnaker and they fit me well year round. This is just 👎

i dont know what's up with this weird looking watches trending now?
the ONLY thing I don't like about this watch is the name of the company. Spinnaker? Who comes up with this nonsense? Choose a better name please!
