Unsure if many saw my community post, but unfortunately my family and I caught an unknown upper respiratory infection. I don’t think I’d ever been feverish for almost two weeks before! So please, despite the heavy breathing hahah, know I am feeling better and it’s just residual cough.
As always, I come back with a gentle “practice” video, and tonight I’ll be closing your eyes, and touching your face! Pressure and visual stimuli really help with the tingles I think! I love you family, and I’m happy to film for you again, if you’ll have me of course.

Omg Sarah I never comment on your videos but I just wanted to say thank you for years and years of relaxation and emotional support. I started watching your videos in 2016 in elementary school when I lost my mother and was in a very confusing point in my life being as young as I was but I remember watching one of your videos for the first time and you reminding me of my mom so so much and I have been watching your videos ever since. karuna, i have watched your videos on and off since freshman year of high school when i was 14. i vividly remember finding your videos in the peak of my worst depressive episode and my favorite was "asmr triggers" from january 12th, 2016. there was something so comforting about feeling like i was on facetime with a friend. i'm now 21, and i recently started watching your videos again and today has been rough. my mom is being taken to urgent care in the morning for a similar mysterious sickness, but i've been stressed to the point that i can't sleep, and listening to your voice feels like seeing my mom again. i haven't seen her in a couple months, but i really miss her and i live with my dad, who also hasn't seen her in a couple months. i am hoping she will be okay, but with the uncertainty of my situation, a familiar voice that reminds me so much of when i used to see my mom every day is making me comfortable enough to doze off. i wanted to say thank you for everything. for making videos for so long, for being creative, for inspiring me to look for hope in hopeless situations, for inspiring other people to do the same; it means the world to me. i don't expect you to see this and it's okay if you never do. my support still stands, and i wish you the best and thank you for helping me through the hardest parts of my life so far.

i’ve heard pneumonia is on the rise. personally, i just got over a upper respiratory infection so it’s definitely going around
interesting, my mom and i just went through the same thing.
Tbh have you taken a covid test? My gf was in the same situation last month and when she tested, thats what it was.
A month earlier, there was a rise of pneumonia here in our area as well! people started getting ready asap for an influx, thankfully after a while, it was gone, my fragile health wouldn’t have handled that well.

I’ve been awake for nearly 36 hours. I need to sleep so badly but nothing is helping. I am hoping this video will help me out because I have no idea why I can’t sleep
I remember having an episode where i was up for 96 hours. I was not on drugs, I just had terrible insomnia. I hallucinated so hard! It was visual and auditory. At the time I thought it was kind of neat but now I realize my brain was literally shutting down. Good luck to u! Insomnia really sucks.
