Welcome back Max! (sorry if I duplicated this message)... When you said you was having issues with a milk allergy, was it effecting your nose? I am getting this brain-fog, and I have been having it for around 5 years now. My nose is constantly blocked on one side, and every time I wake up it feels I've been hit in the head by a shovel. I do come around in a few hour, but the brain fog remains. Symptoms get a little better a few hours after I wake, but it still feels like I am opperating on 50% performance. Please reply! and thank you :) Sorry to waste your time, but I'm pretty freaking depressed at the moment like this.
Limasol Gaming Channel the best place to start would be finding a doctor who can help you diagnose rather than just give you pills for symptoms. Traditional doctors may not be your best route. Try searching “naturopathic doctor” “functional medicine doctor” or “integrative medicine doctor” in your area. They will be able to help you get to the bottom of it with blood work and clinical diagnosis. All of that being said brain fog can be so complicated to diagnose as many things can cause it. Gut imbalances, food sensitivities etc. you could try an “elimination diet” to figure out what might be affecting you. And for sure removing dairy from your diet for a few weeks can’t hurt. Good luck in your search for answers. Stay strong and don’t settle for a quick fix in place of finding out what’s really wrong.
@@itsmaxmajor Thank you for taking your time to give me such a detailed response. I will be sure to do all of the above. I was hoping it was IBD/IBS as my mother and brother have it. It just sucks not having any answers. I too have low white blood cell count, which the doctors have no idea how to diagnose. I guess I'll have to lug it out in my job for a few months, save up and go private (pay for a doctor), rather than going through my NHS. I hope you are feeling better too.
