    It's hard to understand just how long this bridge is without seeing it! I've also seen posts recently on Reddit about a certain "theory" that shall not be mentioned :) that relates to this bridge. Link below to a size comparison of bridges and a great picture from Reddit!

    I enjoyed this bridge video because this bridge is the definitive proof that the earth is a round ball and the water over this span of 23.8 miles is curved and if you viewed it from the water level you would not see a building that was 354 ft high for perfect weather viewing. I just loved watching the things on the shore come up into view as you got closer and they came above the water horizon. If anyone is interested there are also videos of the length taken with a telescope by soundly that show the waters curvature in amazing photos.

    Isn't the bridge between Macau and Hong Kong the longest in the world?

    • @CHUUMPASS
      @CHUUMPASS 5 лет назад +1

      no

    • @plusoriginalde5727
      @plusoriginalde5727 5 лет назад +1

      yep since this bridge is only 38 km compare to Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge
      which is nearly 55 km.

    • @CHUUMPASS
      @CHUUMPASS 5 лет назад +5

      @@plusoriginalde5727 well the hk-zh-mac way is not actually a full bridge in the strict sense, it is sectioned and not continuous, it is the combined length of that road way.

    Long bridge with no shoulder for an emergency car stop. if something happens, at best, one line will be blocked and when firefighters and an ambulance arrive, the entire bridge is blocked. Imagine stuck in such a long bridge? No place for maneuver.

    Can you play 1440p resolution on your iPad ? Because I can see maximum 1080p resolution on my 2018 iPad.
    RUclips have changed the codec of 1440p and 4K Resolutions to WebM. Earlier it used to be MP4.
    Now MP4 is there only for 1080p and below.
    And WebM takes less storage but requires more processing than MP4. That's why Google stopped WebM support on mobile devices altogether it seems.

    • @ShellymanStudios
      @ShellymanStudios 5 лет назад +1

      No, it used to play 1440p on iPads but RUclips removed it save some money. 1440p is only available to certain Android phones now.

    This is the first time I have seen a trip across the bridge. It sure is a long one. One thing I noticed is that there are very few big trucks. Is there a reason for that?

    • @henrynegro8397
      @henrynegro8397 10 месяцев назад

      Wind over water is greater and thus makes it risky for semi truck drivers if their trailers have nothing in them. That plus there are truck drivers that do have gephyrophobia.
