I used to always wait to do things with people. I was always the one working around everyone else's oh-so-busy schedule. Years ago, there was some movie I wanted to see. I can't even remember what movie it was. After going around & around with people trying to be fit into their schedule, we waited so long that the movie was no longer playing in theaters. After that day, I never waited for people again. If it's something I really want to do, I do it. I'll sometimes let friends know in case they want to join me. But I'm not going to wait around forever and miss things just because people are "too busy." If I want to do something, do it.
@@Yesica1993 I had a situation exactly like this, I echo your words. If we wait around we will never do or go anywhere! Sometimes I feel anxious on my own in coffee shops etc but I realise I need to find the right spaces and over time, keep getting comfortable in my own skin. I enjoy being alone though!

i was extremely bored after finishing my final project when I remembered that I wanted to go for an ice cream, it felt strange the idea of going alone but I remembered how you go and explore new places and I decided to go by myself for an ice cream and a nice walk. It was fantastic, I ended up in a park and watched the sunset, then came back home with my energy replenished. Those little things in life are what make it worth living and enjoying. 💜💜

At 69 I've learned a lot from watching your videos . They have inspired me to reorganise our little flat and I've used your storage ideas a lot. It makes daily life much easier with everything close to hand . Also I have had some cooking tips although I'm not a great fan of cooking like you. Your Vlog is also an insight into Japanese culture which is very interesting. I'm glad that you feel connected even living in a big city alone by doing this, it means the pleasure goes both ways ! 🙂

Nami has a boyfriend lol. I've seen him in some of her videos when she takes vacations. Japan is very traditional and generally you don't live with a partner until marriage. The only Japanese girls I know of that do move in with their boyfriends are the one's that live in Okinawa near the American military base. I saw a documentary on them.

Nami has a boyfriend lol. I've seen him in some of her videos when she takes vacations. Japan is very traditional and generally you don't live with a partner until marriage. The only Japanese girls I know of that do move in with their boyfriends are the one's that live in Okinawa near the American military base. I saw a documentary on them.
